This one bedroom apartment the complex of Edificio Arianne is situated in the Spanish seaside town of Las Galletas.
The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom and a small kitchen /dining area.
The large balcony is sunny for most of the day and is ideal for sunbathing and evening chill outs.
High speed internet is included in the rental price.


All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)


Within just a two minute walk you can visit the beach or town centre where a variety of shops, bars and restaurants await which cater for most tastes of cuisine. You can also purchase fresh fish every morning from the stalls by the harbour. The town of Las Galletas is a true taste of Spanish life as people go about their business in the day and drink, eat and chat in the bars during the evening.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
