This apartment is perfect if you prefer to be on lower floors, located on the first floor of the Hipocampos building but with nice sea views.

The flat is fully equipped and ready to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It has a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, an open plan kitchen and a comfortable living room.

It has a wifi exclusive to the flat and centralised air conditioning with heat pump. The TV has national and international channels.

Plezierig verblijf in Hipocampus in Calpe

Zo'n 6 weken doorgebracht in Hipocampus en is prima bevallen. Direct aan de boulevard met strand, zee, winkels en volop restaurantjes. De service van CalpeRent was uitstekend, aan te raden. Appartement was goed, prijs/kwaliteit goed verhouding, maar de inrichting is wel aan een opknapbeurt toe: badkamer, zitbank en fauteuil. Al met al best tevreden!

Good location

After some initial confusion around the booking I ended up booking direct as there seemed to be an issue with VRBO's systems. On the downside I would suggest that the book in and checking out process needs to be clearer. We had an issue with other holiday makers and sound reverberates between apartments. On the upside the apartment was clean and tidy with a very big balcony/terrace. It was well appointed with sea view and was close to a good selection of restaurants and bars. The noise was a issue during World Cup matches but only then. The beach, town and the walks were lovely and if you are fit the views from the top of the Ifach are excellent. There is plenty to see and do within an hours drive and Valencia is just a bit further. I would recommend the apartment and the resort taking the above into account.

La ubicacion es inmejorble. Las instalaciones estupendas y muy limpias. A los aparamentos no les falta de nada, te dejan ir con tu mascota y no te cobran suplemento ninguno. Excellent apartment in great location

Large balcony We stayed for 16 days and I think the sheets and towels should be changed weekly as we only had the same sheets and towels the entire 16 day stay. Apart from that every request for pillows, satellite box and sink waste plug attended to immediately.
