An apartment in a top of the house near the Juan les Pins beach (400 meters) located between NICE and CANNES, comprising a living room with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms with double bed, a shower room and a Separate WC. Very nice amenities, air conditioning in each room, internet box and TV decoder and in an excellent state of cleanliness.
1.5 km from Juan les Pins train station and 30 minutes from NICE airport.
Linen rental on request, and cleaning service 100 euros.

Sehr schönes Apartment, neu und sauber. Genau wie auf den Bildern.Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Problemlose Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselübergabe und auch sonst jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt optimal in der Nähe des Strandes. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem Grundstück. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.❤️
