|Lots of sunshine on the terrace and a great view.

We booked again for next year because we loved the view and the fact that there was sun on the terrace from early morning to sunset during our stay period which was mid-February through mid-April. The unit itself is smaller than a lot of the other units offered at this site but it's an adequate size for 2 people. The beds were comfy and it has a brand new TV. The Duquesa management team was excellent - responding to any issues on a very timely basis. The living room furniture needs some attention.

Perfect located apartment with warm south facing balcony

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, the south facing balcony with sun all day was a real bonus We found the apartment difficult to locate once we had parked in the underground car park, the instructions provided could have been better

Position excellent views of coast and ruins. Accommodation good Excellent service from cleaning during our stay. Needs to be more sharp knives for cooking and basic things like a small basin jug We also had to buy a couple of chairs for the beach nothing you could use . These have been available in others we have rented.

Absolutely beautiful immaculate apartment very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need Large balcony with views to the beach and perfectly positioned to walk to Marina and Castillo ... En general bastante bien. El AA perfecto. Las vistas inmejorables. La piscina...muy bien. El garaje perfecto El equipamiento de la cocina...sartenes,cazuelas,cubiertos,etc...es penoso todo está muy viejo. El somier del dormitorio de las dos camas...muy malo. Necesita un cambio. El colchón de la cama grande poco confortable.

Sunny terrace

Nice apartment in a great location close to the bars and restaurants in Duquesa marina. Apartment had a sunny terrace which was great for a February holiday. Apartment was well equipped. No artwork anywhere which made it feel a little stark. Description said no uk tv which the apartment did have. Also shows photos of the sauna which can only be used by owners.

Spacious, excellent location

The apartment was in an excellent location between Castillo and Duquesa port. The balcony allowed us to sit in the sun most of the day. The views of the sea were lovely. Although the bedding, towels and general cleanliness was good, the apartment seemed a little tired and in need of some care. Outside furniture covers were soiled and falling apart. The sofas were very soiled.

Great spot to relax and enjoy the Costa del Sol

The location is perfect. Close to the esplanade and beach, Also Puerta de la Duquesa is only a 5 minute walk away. Same for the the little village of Castillo. Across the road are two supermarkets. Just a 10 minute walk. Balcony on south west means sun for almost the whole day. Also it is great that the balcony has glass, so you can enjoy the view. Building is not too old and nicely maintained. There is always someone on duty. There are three little libraries to swap books. Interior of the apartment is good, see improvements. Bathrooms are good and kitchen is equipped with enough utensils to cook a decent meal. There is not much to improve, but if I may suggest, the outside furniture could do with some new cushions. And maybe some duvet covers for the bedrooms. As we had some cold nights we used the spare duvets, but with a duvet cover it might have been a bit better.
