This lovely barn conversion in Cowdale near Buxton sleeps twelve in six bedrooms.
Woodlands is a delightful barn conversion in Cowdale near Buxton. With six ground-floor bedrooms, four king-size doubles, two with en-suites, and two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite, it sleeps twelve guests. There is also a ground-floor bathroom and utility, and a first floor open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and two sitting areas. Outside Woodlands is a shared garden area, off-road parking for six cars. Woodlands has great walking opportunities from your doorstep, making it a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District.
Amenities: Electric heating. Double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs including 1 smart TV, own log-in required for netflix etc,, DVD player, a selection of books, games, DVDs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Shared front garden with gravelled and lawned areas with picnic benches. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No fireworks permitted. Shop 2.3 miles and pub 1.8 miles. Note: Due to upside down layout, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: One of the king-size double bedrooms with en-suite does not have a window, but there is a constant fresh air vent. Note: No stag or hen parties or similar allowed. Please note: There is a £500 Good Housekeeping Bond that applies to all bookings made after 15th February 2023. Ordnance survey Weatherproof Maps for the area The White Peak and The Dark Peak available for a £20 Cash Deposit per map which is returned on safe return of the map. We have four of each these are on a first come first served basis
