Always fun at Phoenix on the Bay

Great two bedroom condo cutely decorated with beach theme. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Balcony overlooks lazy river and much of the bay. Beach is only ten minutes away.

Great stay. Beautiful Condo

The only thing is the mattress has been removed from the sofa sleeper in the living room. Sofa is too low and cushions sink. And if we needed to use the sofa sleeper we wouldn’t be able to.

Clean and safe

We booked this condo within 24 hours of traveling as we had to change our plans due to Hurricane Milton. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. Condo and entire grounds were very clean, view from balcony was beautiful. Security was very present and you could not get in without showing pass to guard. Pool area was nice lots of different pools including a lazy river. The only reason I did not give this an overall 5 stars is the condo is very dated, needs more updating (the floors had been redone in main areas) and the kitchen is very sparsely supplied. If you are coming for a week and planning on cooking you may want to check with host on items available.
