On the ground floor is a cloakroom, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and a utility. To the rear of the property is a private patio with a luxury hot tub and furniture, and to the front is designated off-road parking. The Old Workshop is a stylish holiday home for a romantic retreat in Devon.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, combi. microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off-road parking. Enclosed patio with luxury hot tub, gas BBQ and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.6 miles. Note: The worktop of the kitchen is not heat proof, please do not put hot dishes directly on to the surface. Note: Open tread stairs, please take care. Note: There are internal steps in the bedroom.
