Adorable cottage completely updated in 2017 is conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance to Conway’s vibrant downtown with all its restaurants and shops. This cozy cottage is only 3 blocks from Central Baptist College, .5 miles from the University of Central Arkansas, and approximately 1 mile from Hendrix College. This home features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. In addition, there are hardwood floors throughout the home, 2 flat screen TV’s, Hulu Live TV, WiFi Internet, and a laundry room. Our cottage is perfect for parent’s visiting their college student, alumnae attending school activities, girls’ weekends, a family checking out colleges, or business people seeking a more “home like” venue. Great stay!

We all loved this home and the decor was beautiful. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and cozy. We will return! The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Relaxing stay in this idyllic cottage!

We stayed 4 nights in the beautifully decorated cottage while visiting our son who attends UCA. It was exactly as pictured and described. It was wonderful to spend our mornings and evenings relaxing and the property was private with no close neighbors. We enjoyed it so much we booked another stay for 5 nights in March.

Another Great Stay

This is the second Christmas we spent here and it was another great stay. Our daughter and her partner live nearby in a tiny apartment so we cooked Christmas dinner for the four of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We slept great in the comfortable bed. The neighboorhood is very quiet and in a good location.

The house was really clean, nice and cozy and was perfect for our stay in Conway. The hosts were really easy to communicate with and instructions for the house in general were very easy and clear. A lot of extra things were provided as well such as streaming services and coffee. We will definitely stay there again if possible.

The Cottage was perfect for our Stay!!

Wedding Weekend

Had a great stay while in town for a wedding. The listing is exactly what the great cottage is. Had all the amenities we needed for a busy weekend-coffee, a few waters, supplied kitchen, great beds and towels and comfy robes for every room! Plenty of public space to hang out as a group and three private bedrooms made sleeping in easy for those who wanted to. My wife loved the decor and special touches. AC unit was huge and kept the entire house comfortable on a 90+ humid summer weekend. Location near an unexpectedly cool downtown was an added bonus. Host was easy to communicate with, though we never needed anything. Place is a gem.

Five star stay every time

We’ve stayed at this beautiful property numerous times for a family reunion and it’s one of our all time favorite properties anywhere! Spotless, comfortable furnishings and beds and everything you could possibly need to cook and enjoy time with family. The hosts are super responsive and even provide a treat at time of check in. Great spot for UCA events

We stayed here for the weekend of our daughter's graduation from UCA. The house was great, the location was great, and the communication with the host was great. I would stay here again anytime.
