The location is excellent and the building is stunning to look at. Quiet and warm too! Access to the building is easy and well run. Facilities are really good (but maybe when supplying a Nespresso machine you could leave a few pods) The property was advertised to have wifi but it didn't work. There where 3 massive TV's in the apartment but they where useless as the wifi would not connect. Both my wife and I tried emailing the customer service but we got no replies. There was also a slight damp smell in the apartment and the bed clothes felt slightly damp. The fact that there where 2 dehumidifiers in the apartment also hinted at a damp issue! Maybe it was because we had a ground floor apartment but still it shouldn't have been there. The tiled floor in main area of the apartment was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. Finally having stayed in a lot of other apartments (mainly in Italy) it would be useful to have an information book/leaflet in the apartment with contact details and maybe recommendations for local restaurants etc. Overall for the money I think it should've been better.

Dirty with cockroach and no wifi

This was a super disappointing stay. We were excited because the location is awesome, in the city center. Parking is an issue here though. The recommended parking garage is far away and expensive. We ended up parking for free by Isla de la Cartuja and taking a rideshare back. Our first impression was the place was not clean. The floor felt dirty, and there was dirt by the bathroom sink and toilet when I sanitized the area myself. The real issue came when there was no wifi at all for the 2 days we stayed there. They called out a technician who didn't fix it although he claims he did. There was no offer of any solution or compensation for this huge inconvenience. In addition, we found a giant cockroach over an inch long in our kitchen sink. There was no apology for that either. And after you book, it is very confusing because there are 4 different levels of companies you have to deal with. If you book through VRBO, you have VRBO but you also have Travelstaytion which is a company in the UK. They charged my stay but told me I have to deal with Yupihome which is the local company. Then there's the actual building manager. So when there is an issue, who do you have to notify? Then one says to talk to the other who says to talk to the other. Anyways, there is no dishwasher, freezer or washer. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the building manager allowed us to keep our luggage in the room until the evening of the day of check out.

Great property in a great city

Had a great time in Seville and this property is pretty much walking distance to everything you could want to do. The upstairs pool deck was perfect for cooling down after a hot day on the town. The downstairs apartment doesn’t get much natural light and the check in process felt like it needed more steps than normal, but these were small points. Enjoyed our stay
