The villa is a brand new property, in the beautiful village of Agioi Pantes in Apokoronas, Chania.
The surrounding landscape blends with exquisite architectural design. Accompanied by the panoramic views to the mountains, and the deep blue sea it offers its guests a unique experience in the embrace of the Cretan nature.
The combined use of high-quality natural local materials (wood, stone, iron, marble), both in the construction and furnishing of the house, make this villa one of a kind!
The property is reached from its south-eastern side, where you may enter onto its the middle level of the house. Here, two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and the impressive pool of the villa are found. Starting from the interior of the middle-level, lighted by the atrium, the impressive pool passes through the house and ends outdoors.
The two bedrooms of this level enjoy direct access to the pool, which is also granted through an outdoors stone path, leading from the main entrance straight to the pool. One of the bedrooms on the middle level, as well as the bathroom facilitating it, has been designed with accessibility in mind so that they can comfortably accommodate the elderly or physically challenged people.
Descending the stairs to the lower level, the guests may find the third and fourth bedrooms, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Overall, the regular bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. All beds are equipped with COCO-MAT natural, allergen-free mattresses and all bedrooms have access to patios with amazing views.
An iron-wooden staircase leads to the upper level. Again, the elderly or physically challenged people are not excluded to the upper level, as a rolling ramp is installed at one side of the staircase so that anyone can move around the whole villa with safety.
Here on the top level, you will find a well-appointed modern kitchen made of high-quality Swedish wood. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances offering anything you might need! You will even find a wine preserver! Next to the kitchen, the dining area renders the space for your indoors meals while enjoying the framed views from the openings that let the sunlight amply enter the inside.
On the same level, there is the sitting area. It is a cosy space, minimally decorated with traditional details. The comfortable sofa-bed with its deluxe mattress can host 2 more guests. In the same room, a large desk is designed to turn into a closet if needed, to facilitate the extra guests in case this room serves as a bedroom.
All indoor spaces have large windows to let the sunlight in as if outdoors. The house is sunny all day long as there are openings in every direction, capturing the sunlight through its path to the sunset.
Breathtaking views of unique beauty are offered from both the indoor and outdoor areas. Especially the wooden deck over the pool provides a panoramic view to a spectacular scene, distinctive of the Cretan nature.
