Unfortunately it really let us down
We had trouble checking in as the wrong keys were left in the lockbox, which at 4am in the morning was not good after we had been travelling for 2 days. And no answer for the property manager, so sat outside for 4hours when all we wanted to do was go to bed. I also booked day before arrival so we could check straight in, and not have to wait for check in time on day of arrival
A few things i feel need attention:
The address says 1 *****
on arrival Front postbox and keys located near sign saying 1D
and the bell on the gate says 2. Numbers at front of house are (Front 1D 1E 1F - Bell 1 2 3 )
So this is very confusing to what the address is.
The Main bedroom bed was so uncomfortable such a thin mattress and we had to purchase a duvet and cover, as it had 2 single duvets on it.
The kettle was very rusty and lid keeps popping open, The kitchen did lack a few main utensils / equipment.
The Pool had the cleaner vac in it the whole time we was there (3 1/2 wks) so didn't feel like we could use it.
The neighbours trees/bush could do with a trim as it blocks the sun to a lovely outside seating space, so not as usable which was a shame. (maybe time of year)
Unfortunately there is a lot of dogs in the Neighbourhood, so a lot of barking all hours.
This property looked so lovely in the pictures but we felt it really let us down with these few issues. Bed being a big one.
