The entrance is from a landscaped courtyard with front door parking. There is a well-equipped utility room with washer/drier and storage area leading off the hall. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: master bedroom with four poster bed and en suite shower room, with doors to the rear garden. A king size leather sleigh bed with doors leading to the rear garden. A further bedroom with zip n link beds to be either a super king or twin with doors leading to the rear garden. Family bathroom with bath/hand held shower and wet room style shower.

The open tread oak staircase leads you into the spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with views towards Loch Tay. The lounge has leather settees, TV with DVD, Freesat, Freeview integrated and surround sound whilst the kitchen has granite worktops, an American-style fridge-freezer and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Access to the large wraparound deck with gas barbeque and outdoor furniture is from the lounge/dining area. Magnificent view from the deck
