4* Rivard has possibly the best location of all the houses in Castle Gardens with its extensive first floor wraparound decking leading off the main living area.
First floor master king bedroom with en suite shower, built-in mirrored wardrobe and balcony overlooking the river Tay leads off the designer open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Open plan oak stair leads to ground level where you will find a further 2 en suite bedrooms both with zip and link beds to be either super king or twin rooms, one with bath and one with shower. There is a utility room with sink, washing machine & tumble dryer off the spacious hall area, as well as a cloakroom/WC.
