Free Wi Fi in the entire facility. We ask our guests to leave the rooms of the apartment free of trash bags and dirty dishes. IMPORTANT: There is an extra charge to be paid in person at the delivery of the key: 30.00 LATE CHECK IN (only in case of check in after 9 p.m and precisely from 9 p.m to 12 a.m with an extra of 10.00 for each hour or fraction of an hour after 12 a.m). 50.00 (in the event of a night emergency for stolen keys or for other reasons that require our presence). We remind our kind guests that they need to pay the city taxes of the municipality of Rome, which amounts to 3.50 per person per day (for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Children under the age of ten don't pay the tax.

IMPORTANT: Tourist accommodation tax (compulsory): 3.50 euro per person per night up to a maximum of ten days. Children under 10 years are exempt. It will be collected at your arrival. IMPORTANTE: Chiediamo ai nostri ospiti di lasciare i locali dell'appartamento liberi da sacchetti della spazzatura e piatti sporchi.
