Wifi high speed.

Modern bathroom, consists of a large shower, hair dryer and iron, towels, gel and shampoo and body cream. It has an easy to use vertical iron.

Cleaning of the apartment before each reservation, it is very important for us to clean for a stay of 10.

Optional baby cot and baby sheets (€ 25 / stay). Also optional, full baby pack with cot and sheets, adapter chair and bathtub (€ 40 / stay).

Several Public Parking guarded 24 hours a few meters from the apartment (price / day approx 24 euros).

- About the neighborhood: Located in a quiet and noisy pedestrian street in the historic center of Malaga allows you to live in the center, without the typical bustle of it; Around the apartment you can find a large number of shops, museums and restaurants typical of the land.

From the apartment, in a few minutes, you can walk to all the attractions, museums, parks, shops, restaurants and beaches of the city; to give some examples, Thyssen Museum, Pza. de la Constitución and Calle Larios (300m), Cervantes Theater and Mercado de la Merced (400m), Malaga Cathedral, Pza. de la Merced and Picasso birthplace (500m), Roman Theater and Central Market of Atarazanas (600m), Alcazaba (700m), Museum of Contemporary Art, Malagueta Beach and Bullring, Center Pompidou, Port of Malaga and Pier One (1Km), train-bus station, Vialia Shopping Centers and Larios (15 min walk), beaches and beach bars of Pedregalejo (20 min by public transport and 10 by car), Airport (15 min by car / taxi, there is also a train that leaves you in the Alameda, 10 min walk from the apartment).

Different trips to other cities such as Granada, Córdoba, Seville ... and towns of Malaga such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Nerja, Marbella ... which can be reached both by train and by bus that are taken close to home.

- Need car? Car not necessary to move around the main attractions of the center of Malaga. There are bus and metro stops less than 10 minutes walk from home.

How to get to the apartment: If you come by taxi you will have to tell the driver that he is going to Parras 10 and will leave you at the same door of the building. If you are coming by train / subway, you must stop at the last stop "Centro Alameda" and walk to the apartment as it is reached in approximately 10 minutes.

HOUSE'S RULES:

* The minimum number of nights per stay for this accommodation varies according to the date of the reservation.
Children are welcome, accessible as it has a large elevator, you can only smoke on the terrace (see photo Rincón Andaluz).
* Check Out: 12. 00. Check In: from 16-20 hours. Please note that for Check In between 20-23 an extra charge of € 25 may be charged and after 23 hours, € 40.
* Possibility of flexible check-in / check-out based on availability

* Only persons detailed in the reservation may stay in the apartment. If it is proven that someone else did, you will not be entitled to the refund of the deposit

* Guests should make sure everything is turned off before leaving the apartment (air conditioning, lights...)

* Guests must dispose of trash when leaving

* At the entrance a contract will be signed whose copy will be delivered. It is essential to present an identity card or passport

* We have prepared the house with a lot of dedication, effort and detail, please treat everything with the utmost care, just as you would like your apartment to be treated

* Optional baby cot and baby sheets on request (25 Eur). Also optional, full baby pack with cot and sheets, chair and bath adapter (40 Eur / stay).
