The apartment is located just outside the center of Milan, in a quiet area surrounded by green areas, including:
- Trotter Park (800 m on foot), built in 1920 to host trotting races (hence the name "Trotter"). When the hippodrome was moved to S. Siro in 1924, the structure was purchased by the Municipality, which had a school building built there, therefore the park is only accessible to the public when the school is closed (after 16.30, weekends , holiday periods, and throughout the month of August). Sereno is the adjective that best describes this large but not too large park, structured and cared for as a city park, but also a true natural space. In the park there are many areas for children, and it is also suitable for quiet relaxing days. Inside there is still the ancient trotting circuit;
- Piazza Aspromonte, with central garden, public green area in the area. Here we are in the presence of beautiful deco or eclectic buildings, such as number 17 or 15, or like the beautiful corner building with via Lulli (street number 1). On the east side of the square there are single-family or small houses, usually of two floors, with a back garden that make England very small and characterize the entire area.
- Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, known above all by the thousands of students who attend the Polytechnic and live in the Città Studi area. After the redevelopment intervention, Leonardo da Vinci square was transformed into a garden space to live, not only by university students, but from all over the city. The square also offers the opportunity to visit the Botanical Garden of Città Studi: admission is free and guided tours can also be booked.
The accommodation is also surrounded by numerous bars and pharmacies, and an incredible variety of Italian and ethnic restaurants can always be found in the area.
Main distances:
- Milan Central Station: 1.8 km
- Milano Porta Garibaldi station: 3.3 km
- Linate Airport: 7.2 km
