Quietly, in the middle of a green setting, 500 m from the beach Cénitz and near the center of town, in a small residence of Basque style with private pool, our apartment of 45 m2 is level with private garden and covered terrace.
It consists of a large living room with TV, a sofa bed for 2 people + a single bed, a separate bedroom with a bed of 140, kitchen equipped with microwave, mini oven and refrigerator -freezer, bathroom and separate WC, washing machine.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, et il reste frais même les jours de chaleur. La piscine est juste à côté du jardin , elle est peu fréquentée, nous l'avons eu pour nous seuls à plusieurs reprises. Enfin la situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter le pays basque.

Calme Detente et bon environnement

Peu de chaleur et de soleil pour profiter la piscine et des plages. Visites superbes Bidard, Biarritz, corniche.

Parfait

Emplacement idéal, plage et centre de Guéthary accessibles à pied. Piscine très agréable, stationnement facile, possibilité de garer une moto à l'abri. Appartement bien agencé et équipé . Dommage que les propriétaires ne maîtrisent pas la météo locale....

location agreable, très bien située

la location est parfaitement située géographiquement pour bien se balader entre Bayonne et l'Espagne et dans les terres et le quartier est très calme. La remise des clés se fait très facilement La pièce principale est très agréable. La piscine fut bien appréciée et peu frequentée seul bémol: il n'y a aucun transat ou l'on puisse se poser tranquillement dans le petit jardinet de la location (sachant qu'il n'y a rien non plus autour de la piscine)

Confortable plain pied avec piscine

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement. Nous étions un couple et deux enfants en bas âge: 3 ans et 3 mois. La proximité de la piscine est appréciable. Le logement et particulièrement la pièce de vie sont agréables et très propres. La chambre est restée fraîche malgré la période de fortes chaleurs. Je recommande ce logement. Nous avons été accueilli et sommes reparti grâce à M. Zac qui nous aussi donne de bons conseils de visite.

Location agréable au Pays basque

Cette location à Guéthary est très bien située : au centre de la côte, proche de l'Espagne et de l'arrière-pays. Elle se situe à 500 m à pied de la plage de Cenitz qui est, certes, pas idéale pour la baignade mais offre de beaux paysages. La piscine est l'un des atouts de la résidence : elle est suffisamment grande et peu fréquentée par les voisins. L'appartement est, quant à lui, fidèle au descriptif. Chose très agréable : il est resté très frais pendant les quelques jours de canicule que nous avons eu. Au niveau équipement, tout est présent pour vivre jusqu'à quatre personnes, sauf peut-être le nombre de verres, trop peu nombreux. La literie est correcte, bien qu'un peu molle à notre goût. Seul petit bémol, la place de parking normalement réservée à l'appartement est régulièrement utilisée par des voisins. Pour résumer, malgré une météo changeante, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Guéthary où nous avons pu découvrir une belle région et rencontrer des gens accueillants.

Bien situe. Confort moyen.

Appartement agreable car en rdj et avec piscine securisee pour les enfants. Manque un bbq. Interieur pas tres propre, pas tres entretenu et humide, dommage car il est parfait sinon pour les 15j de vacances que nous y avons passes.

Appartement dans une petite copropriété, bien équipé et bien situé dans un petit village typique pour rayonner sur la Côte Basque. Terrasse, jardinet, piscine. Trés bon accueil sur place. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa flexibilité sur les dates. Dommage que le soleil n'ait pas été au rendez-vous ...
