Villa Alcanada Garden is a beautiful semi-detached house with sea views for 8 people, located in Alcanada, one of the most beautiful areas of Alcudia. The villa has a marked decoration of marine details, highlighting the incredible anchor present in the garden, it also highlights the proximity of the beach and the golf course. The location of the villa allows guests to enjoy the area near the sea without sacrificing comfort. Villa Alcanada Garden has a 4.2m x 2.20m private pool, barbecue and a beautiful terrace with several seating areas. Imagine starting the day with a swim in the pool and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. This villa is the ideal option for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing vacation near the sea with total privacy and tranquillity.

Distribution:
The house has 175m2 that are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find a large open space that houses the hall, the kitchen, a toilet and a large living room with large windows from which you can access the terrace, garden and pool. The villa has all the amenities for the enjoyment of your vacation, Smart TV, internet connection, comfortable sun loungers and barbecue.
On the upper floor we find the bedrooms, three of them with two single beds each and the other with a double bed. All of them have air conditioning ( except the living room). There are also on this same floor two complete bathrooms, both with shower.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / KwH to be paid on departure.
Note 5. There is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
