Villa with exceptional view of the Golf des Pins

Villa on 3000 m2 of land not overlooked and on the Golf des Pins surrounded by century-old pines, 20 m from the driving range. Very calm. No passing cars. View and exceptional location, ideally located near the center, the tennis club, horse riding. Ideal with family or friends.
Between Le Touquet and Boulogne sur Mer, Hardelot-Plage is a very pleasant and family seaside resort.
You can enjoy tennis at 50 meters, go windsurfing or sailing.
You walk for hours on the immense beaches or in the preserved dunes of the Opal Coast.


Family and beach Villa on the Golf Course des Pins
We are very attached to our family home which we completely renovated in 2019. Our friends and children come there regularly. Ideal for recharging one's batteries, the calm is impressive. Not overlooked and fences and a view of holes 13, 14, 15 and 16, of the Golf des Pins, designed at the beginning of the last century and redone 3 years ago.
BBQ and aperitif in peace, at the end of the day with a ray of sunshine which warms the terrace.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison vivante,confortable, bien équipée et avec un superbe environnement. Nous avons cependant regretté un nettoyage avant notre arrivée parfois approximatif et le peu d’espace concédé aux locataires pour leur propres rangements

Fêter nos noces d'or nous souciait, cette maison par ses espaces intérieurs et extérieurs nous a permis de bien vivre ce moment avec les trois générations. Au calme avec une vue apaisante cela nous convient parfaitement. Un équipement de cuisine adapté dans une belle cuisine à notre besoin, nous a comblé. Cela nous a permis un belle soirée famille. Dans l'ensemble nous nous réjouissons de ce choix. Merci pour cette belle base opérationnelle.

The house was perfect.
Communication all the way through has been excellent. The house was absolutely perfect for us 4 adults on a long weekend golf trip. Plenty of room. Location and views absolutely stunning. The sunlight in the lounge every morning was so relaxing, looking out across the golf course. We had no need to contact anyone. Everything was as described, and all facilities were available. I would recommend this for golfers as its a 5 min walk to Les Pins clubhouse, but also for families as it is a safe quiet location, but not far from the town and supermarkets. We will definitely consider booking here again.

Wonderful property
The house is incredibly comfortable, warm, tastefully furnished, it really feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect, in a beautiful pine forested development near many amenities. The views from the house are gorgeous, the beach is 30 min walk, 5 min by car. There are very nice walks in the area and cute villages all around. The hosts were great, very responsive. The house is incredibly well equipped. Would highly recommend.

La ville d’hardelot est très plaisante, beaucoup de balades possibles magnifiques entre le bord de mer et la forêt domaniale. La maison est magnifique et la proximité du golf nous offre une vue splendide, un calme incroyable. Superbe
