3 bed villa, sleeps 6. With decking to the front, double glazing and heating Sea view from the back bedroom. Diamond-Plus rated.

Kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave and under counter fridge with freezer.

Would have been better if said on the advertisement that dogs were allowed in property. It had very strong smell of dog and I think the sofa’s had been used as dogs bed. Other than that it’s what I expected for the price

Good value property lovely area

Lovely clean property suits adult family and lovely area to stay to explore Norfolk and Suffolk. Easy walking distance to the local pub which also has a small shop. Overall a lovely holiday.

Would recommend the site very clean and pool was good size

The property’s bathroom is a little tired and in need of some TLC The toaster only worked one side but these are little things that could be dealt with Would not stop us rebooking

Good but needs cleaning equipment.

Property all as advertised. But no toilet brush (!) or decent cleaning equipment. Needed a mop and dustpan and brush. Light not working in lounge.

A great place for a quiet few days away. The bar on site was v good. Property was clean and perfect for us two, I think six would have been a tight squeeze but do able.

Ideal break

Fantastic apartment, well equipped for what we needed, ideally placed for exploring the Suffolk and norlk area. Food in the on site restaurant was lovely, swimming pool was clean, site overall was well looked after and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The take away opposite was well worth a meal and a visit to the pub opposite would be recommended. All round a lovely 4 day break for us and our dogs, woukd highly recommend and will return

Short Suffolk break

Very quiet site dogs and children had a great time. Only downside was the pool being closed all day Saturday due to a technical problem then on Sunday limited swim time as only one lifeguard on duty.

Lovely location anytime of the year

This property is located on the easterly coast of England, nearest town is Lowestoft. The accommodation is easily accessible and parking is sufficient. Check in was quick and was as there is no check in, just get the key from the key holder using a code. The pool is located in the middle of the resort village and is clean and big enough to do laps. The apartment is tastefully furnished with all conveniences. The rooms are a great size, however the bathroom is downstairs, but that’s not a problem only at night when your bladder wakes you up. On arrival the property was clean. How I know because I cleaned it when I got there and there was nothing to clean! I hope the property managers are happy that I left the place in a tidy state so I can get the £50 voucher that’s on offer! I stayed for a few days here, but there is enough to do and keep you entertained for longer.

Very pleasant villa

Overall, a great experience from booking to check in and facilities in the villa. One downside, which has nothing to do with the villa or owners is the poor quality WiFi service which we paid 4 days worth and couldn't use as very slow and unstable. But couldn't fault the villa. Would be nice if the outside windows were cleaned as very grimy with sea air.

Ideal small house to stay in. Very clean. Thought there would be a hairdryer but not. No heating !!!

Nice enough place. Walls very thin so could hear next door which wasn’t great going off to bed.
