Seafront villa overlooking the bay of Cannigione and the promontories of the Costa Smeralda: one of the most beautiful gulfs in Northern Sardinia. 10 beds and 3 bathrooms. Direct access to the sea: 4 steps from the garden to enter a blue sea with a sandy bottom. Cannigione beach and village services are 100 meters away. Excellent location to visit the whole of North-East Sardinia even in the low season thanks to the presence of services available all year round in the village of Cannigione. A short distance from Porto Cervo, Palau, Arzachena and La Maddalena Island.

The house consists of two levels: ground floor and first floor
It consists of a living room with kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, courtyard.

1 half-service En-suite bathroom (shower only)
Free public parking always easily available in front of the entrance.

Enter the sea directly from the garden, 4 granite steps separate you from a sea with a low and sandy seabed, ideal for children. At 15 meters away there is also a small sandy cove

The garden is very nice and characterized by a beautiful view of the sea and the green promontories of the Costa Smeralda, which stand out in front of the house beyond the sea. Our guests love sunbathing lying on the lawn or relaxing with an outdoor breakfast and can have an outdoor table, barbecue, outdoor shower, shading awnings.

The nearest market is 100.00 meters away / Bars and restaurants can be reached with a very short walk. The services and commercial activities in the area are always available because Cannigione is a village inhabited by locals throughout the year: market and supermarket - restaurants and pizzerias - Cafes and Lounge Bars -
pharmacy and medical guard - craft shops and typical products.

In the area there are many activities such as: cycling, hiking, coastal and mountain excursions, boat trips, scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing and fishing. I remain available to my guests to provide advice on the various usable activities and places to visit

Overview of the area
Cannigione, a hamlet of Arzachena, originally a fishing village, is a renowned tourist village. The city beach is of large-grained clear sand which plunges into a sea of infinite shades of blue. The country represents one of the diving centers par excellence in Sardinia. Near the beach there is also parking, equipment and boat rental, bar, restaurant and accommodation facilities. Near the village there are many other beaches, from the Arzachenese gulf to the Saline di Palau: La Conca, Tanca manna, Mannena, Barca bruciata and Isuledda. The coast is ideal for families and young people with the possibility of choosing very close and exclusive locations every day: Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia, Poltu Quatu. Lu Multiccioni and Li Capanni, the long beach of Tanca Manna and the Caribbean atmosphere of Cala Capriccioli. The typical Sardinian craftsmanship and delicacies merge with shopping. Boat trips to the park of the Maddalena archipelago leave from Cannigione.


How to move
The car is not essential if our guests want to stay in the district by taking advantage of the services of the town of Cannigione, and the beaches near the house. It is possible to take the ferry for the trip to the Maddalena archipelago from the port of Cannigione. The boarding point is within walking distance.

I suggest a car to all guests who love to explore the surroundings and want to visit the fantastic places in the area. It is also possible to rent a car or motorbike in Cannigione if you do not want to have the car for the duration of your stay.
