Modern property with 3 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 single room). Each room has a TV with Netflix, and one of the double rooms is en-suite (a bathroom, shower and toilet). There is a large size family bathroom and 2 additional toilets. The house has a kitchen, dining area/lounge, good size garden, free private car park and free Wifi. The location is 5/10 mins walk/drive to major amenities (trains, shops, malls, restaurants etc.). We are also available on our site at dorlahomes.

Situated in a quiet prime area close to Sittingbourne town centre in Kent. This 3 bedroom is a newly built terraced house within walking distance from local schools, shops, superstores (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, many more), restaurants, bars, petrol stations, fast food chains (McDonald's, Pizza Hut and many more) and Sittingbourne train station (20 min. walking distance away).

The station has good network links into London Victoria in c 1 hr. The property is within close proximity of the A2 and would suit all commuters and travellers. You will have the entire 3 bedroom space to yourself. It is ideal for businesses, families, groups and individuals, as it benefits from a great location close to the petrol station, shops, off-licence, restaurants, Morrison is 5 min walk, restaurants, fast food chains and retail park are a few minutes away. You also have direct road access to major motorways.

It was perfect... From the space of the house to the location. It's perfect because we had our private parking, and we had everything close and the area is beautiful. And it's close to the beach.

Great location for shops and easy access to Isle of Sheppey. Vwry good communicarion with property manager, and property was just right for what we needed for a weekend away. Would go back again!

This is a 4 bedroom immaculate, trendy and clean house that features:

1) A master bedroom with en-suite bath and toilet. The bedroom can be used as a double room or 2 single beds. Guests can sleep comfortably.

2) A double bedroom that sleeps 2 guests comfortably either as a double bed or 2 single beds. The beds are convertible.

3) A single bed that sleeps one guest comfortably or a child can also sleep in.

4) A large double bedroom with direct access to the garden and its own toilet. This comes with 3 single beds and a sofa bed. It can sleep 3 adults and a child comfortably.

5) A dining area/lounge area where guests can dine and relax comfortably with TV and Netflix

6) Good size kitchen with a lot of kitchen amenities for self catering. Dishes, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, mugs, pans and wares and many more.

7) Free wifi, Smart TV in all rooms, Central Heating system, Automatic lock system, Ring door access view etc.

8) Access to the back garden suitable for family gatherings

9) Local shops and super stores are about 5-15 min walk from the property

10) Modern comfortable Sofas, makeshift beds are available
