Spectacular villa consisting of three levels, situated in the privileged urbanization of Bonaire, and only 200 meters from Puerto Cocodrilo. The interior of the villa is of high quality and very well kept.
Located in a very quiet area, yet only a 5 minute drive to lively tourist spots such as Puerto Alcúdia and Puerto Pollensa. Cala S'Illot, in la Victoria, is only 3 minutes away.
The villa has 4 bedrooms - one with en Suite bath, 3 bathrooms - one with a hydro massage bath, and is fully equipped. Outdoors there is a garden and a swimming pool. Garage for 5 cars.
