A modern villa in a small residential community surrounded by pine forests, mountains and rolling countryside hills, along the road to the charming and historic old town of Pollensa.

Outdoors there is a covered porch leading out to the pool, which is surrounded by a wooden deck. Both of these areas are furnished and there is also a large grassy area surrounding the house for playing or lounging.
