Semi-detached house of 140 m2 in first line and direct access to the sea, in a very quiet residential area. Current and functional style. Very sunny, with private pool and fabulous sea views.
It is located just 200 meters from the beach and 2km from the town of Colonya de Sant Pere.
The house has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
Outside we find a beautiful pool with garden and direct access to the sea.

Super cadre !

Nous avons retrouvé tout ce qui a été résumé sur le site, nous avons eu aucune déconvenue. Ce qu'il faut juste prévoir, c'est d'avoir un véhicule afin pouvoir se déplacer car il y a pratiquement pas de bus ni de station de Taxi a proximité.
