Great short couples break
Excellent location, about a 3 minute walk to the beach. Much nicer than a hotel, having a sofa and dining area. All cutlery, plates etc were provided

Our stay at the property was good, as there was a lott of storage space in the double bedroom.
All was good except stepping into the shower was a height that you need to be mindful of, you could trip over. The livingroom area can get abit hot, during the sumner and could do with windows that open wider, like in all the other rooms. I loved where the property is located. I did have a good stay.

Property was as stated in the add.. but the electricity kept going off.. and the phone number given to me was just going to answering machine.. tell me to email.. and the emails were not being answered.. A worker on the grounds helped me by phoning someone to come by and fix it.. But it kept happening over and over..

Made the most of it.
- Windows in the bathroom, main bedroom and dining area did not close properly. Caravan was very cold even when caravan radiators were in use. - Sofas were dirty with heavy staining. - Boiler looked like it was condemned there were large noticeable soot flame marks on the cover of the boiler. -Blinds were see through - Fire alarm battery was low, constant vocal warning of low battery from the fire alarm throughout the whole stay. Yes even through night! -rubbish under main bed ranging from dog poop sacks to empty toilet roll packet. This visit was our honeymoon trip we made the best of the circumstances. The photos are misleading caravan could do with some TLC and a deep clean of sofas!

Everything was good, just had issues initially when checking in as we didn't have the map in the email and the caravan number was slightly different in convention than the one used on the map. Otherwise all clean and good.

Caravan not cleaned properly
We arrived at caravan then noticed when we got in there that there were bits of crisps on the window ledge bits on the carpet which looked liked it had not been vacuumed. The worktops had not been cleaned properly the worst of it was when I looked in the bin there was a dirty nappy. We were told we would not be able to arrive at the property until after 4 which I totally understand but it would of been nice if the caravan had been cleaned properly .

Caravan was nice and clean, nice beach just behind the corner. Great staff and entertainment for kids, I definitely would recommend this place.

Cheap but not cheerful
On arrival my heart sunk, the outside is very shabby looking, green moss on outside and paint peeling off, BBQ outside rusty and wonky. Inside very clean but unfortunately things need addressing. No handles on some of doors, lights falling out of ceiling, net on door ripped to almost shredded, gaps in Windows and green moss, making it so noisy and cold, carpet thread bare, burns in duvets. Only booked for 2 nights which was bearable but would definitely not have stayed a week. Was cheap but would not use again.
