This area is perfect for visiting Venice, as the Rialto Bridge and Market, which are the strategic centre of Venice, can be reached in 1 minute on foot. In 6 minutes you can also reach St. Mark's Square, and in 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazzale Roma and the Train Station. The Rialto vaporetto stops for the airport or the other lagoon islands are also nearby.

The apartment has Venetian and wooden floors that pleasantly contrast with the modern design of the furniture.
