West End Farm Lodge is a large family cottage in the middle of Thornholme village 5 miles from the famous seaside town of Bridlington. This well presented property is ideally suited for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy the East Riding and stunning Yorkshire coastline.
The property is situated at the edge of a family working arable with the owners breeding horses, which can be introduced to on request of the owners. Bridlington is famous for its fishing fleet and the fresh lobster and crabs which are landed daily. This popular town is packed with things to keep you entertained from a long walk on the promenade, wide sandy beaches and a plethora of amusement arcades and fish and chip restaurants.
This area is also a walkers and bird watchers paradise. There are miles of footpaths to explore as well as the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs and the imposing Flamborough Head which juts out into the English Channel. The unspoilt Yorkshire Wolds and stunning beauty of the North York Moors National Park as well as the historic city of York are all under an hours drive away. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles
