Newly remodeled 3 bedroom ranch style home in the heart of Hampton Beach

Relax at this beautifully renovation 3 bedroom 1 bath beach home. 3 Parking spots in front of the home are provided. This is the perfect location it's a nice walk to the Casino and the free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell (exactly a quarter mile walk from the house), and it's about a 1 block to the beach. All the amenities as home, linens provided and with a fully appliance kitchen and a washer and dryer. New white cabinet and grey-white granite counter tops. Three bedrooms for a family and a porch deck for relaxing at night.

The kitchen is complete with full sized appliance and a dishwasher. Conveniences include 42" TV and WIFI, and washer/dryer.

Many exciting attractions are less than an hour away (Kittery, Portsmouth, Boston, and more), as well as major stores.

End of Summer Getaway

My family of 5, my parents and brother with his girlfriend stayed in this Vrbo which was beyond perfect for our end of summer getaway. The house was clean and the perfect fit for our family vacation. A short walk to the beach made it great for our family and easy to come back during the day. The shops were close by as were many places to eat and enjoy the ocean views. Definitely recommend and would book again in the future!

Best Ever

This cottage is the best. Not only the location but the property is so nice. Pictures do not do it justice. Was so clean and felt like home and so relaxing. I can say this has been the best experience I have had renting in Hampton Beach. I am looking forward to staying again next year. Thank you to the hosts for making this a great experience.

We had an amazing time from check it to check out! The house was comfy and cozy. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, ice cream and all the action! We would definitely rent this property again on the future.

So Great!

We could not find the hot tub nor could we see the water at all from any place on the property. The beach was a short walk and the house was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy to keep clean. We loved it and would go back again. thank you!!!

Excellent Location!

Perfect location for the Beach, Boardwalk, Casino, Bars, Restaurants, Seabrook Nuclear Station. 3 single file parking spots. Overall it worked great for our situation. I would recommend this place to others

We will be coming back for a third year and fourth! Great location. CUTE beach house, close to boardwalk and attractions! Washer dryer, air, full kitchen, nice yard and porch. Paul is easy to communicate with and very friendly. Thanks again for a great vacation!

wonderful recharge

There was a minor hiccup related to entry - the VRBO instructions may need updating, but otherwise everything went smoothly. No problems with the facilities and appliances.

Hampton Beach stay

The house was roomy and clean and very close to the beach. It was difficult working the key box but that was not a big deal. The host kindly let us check in a little earlier which we appreciated. The one problem was that we could not run the a/c in each of the three bedrooms because it would trip the circuit. It was very warm in the room without the a/c. Very nice house otherwise.

À proximité de tout : À deux pas de la plage mais aussi à deux pas de l'activité de la rue principale tout en étant situé dans un coin tranquille. L'emplacement est parfait pour tous! Maison très très confortable. (Salon, chambres à coucher et lits douillets, air clim, etc). Belle grande galerie couverte qui est très apprécié en cas de pluie. Extrêmement bien équipé également, particulièrement dans la cuisine qui ne manque de rien. Belle cours tranquille et confortable également. Finalement, l'hôte répond vite et bien à nos questions au besoin.👌Nous avons adoré notre séjour et pensons déjà relouer cette maison à nouveau.

Family vacation 2022

The property is nice. Does need some repair work on the flooring, it came apart in the kitchen, outdoor furniture needs to be replaced or repainted, lawn wasn’t mowed, did not know the trash schedule so there was trash left from the previous renters, carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, there was a stack of patio blocks in the front yard and could use some more A/C’s. It’s by one of the main streets that everyone drives and walks down. Try sleeping with fans in windows allows all noise from street in the house. Luckily it wasn’t that hot and we made it work. We did like the place and would stay there again, hopefully it could get the TLC I noticed and it would be a very nice stay. All in all our stay there was very good and a had a great time.

Close to beach, comfortable space

There's no air conditioning so the initial 2 days was literally hell until we bought 4 fans, except for one portable AC unit in living room...which didnt do much, but was appreciated. Otherwise the outside doesn't match the Inside as it doesn't look big enough, but it is! Some new furnishings would be nice but the full kitchen and bath had everything we needed and the house is a block from the beach, and it was quiet aside from fans lol... Owner answered all questions timely, too. Apparently he has a few homes and a business so I think he can afford AC and new furniture! Lovely time for all 8 of us!

Prefect

Don't be fooled by the outside. This house does not have much curb appeal but it's beautiful inside and has all the amenities you need!! We had a family of 7 there and there was plenty of room. Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, AC all things you would like to make your stay more comfortable! House was clean and well-kept. We had some pretty hot days, with AC on and fans ( supplied by owners and already at house) the house stayed cool. The temp went down at night so we even had window open and fans going, which worked out prefect, for those nights! Beach is literally right down the street! Even though the house is next to a parking lot , it's not a issue at all. Parking lot was never full and cars cleared out by evening, neighborhood was very quiet! I suggest visiting the Green Room( smoothies and bagel sandwiches)! This is our second trip to HB and this is our favorite breakfast place! Another tip, beware of eating on the boardwalk, some places are very overpriced with "ehh" food quality. My suggestion is to go to THE GOAT( burgers and fries, etc.) and LA VERADA Pizzeria, small pizza place on same street as THE GREEN ROOM and THE GOAT. If you want quality food that doesn't kill your wallet, go there! The owner Paul was VERY attentive, answered ALL my emails weeks before the trip all the way to the day off! Lovely Cottage in the heart of Hampton Beach

Such a great little cottage. Had everything we needed; washer/dryer, dishwasher, yard, 3 car parking, pet friendly, walking distance to boardwalk, porch.. just wonderful. Very clean, sweetly decorated, owners definitely take care of the property. Paul( owner) was easy to communicate with. Quick replies to questions etc.. We will definitely come back!

Lovely stay at the beach

Nice, well furnished, clean, and comfortable house. Very short walk to the beach. Nice and very responsive host. We would have loved a quieter outdoor (parking lot and noisy road)

Listing not accurate & cleaning inadequate

One of the 'queen' beds is actually a double. We had odd-smelling pillows, the shower was dirty, blue fabric couch has brown stains, and washing machine looks moldy. There were dark smudges near all the cabinet handles and on some walls. I was able to clean some of this using the cleaner from the kitchen & sponges I bought at a local shop. It was a very convenient location for a short visit to Hampton Beach but I would not stay here again. I was very lucky that the hosts live next door and were able to point me to the housekeys in the mailbox after I arrived late, because there is no secure key storage even though I was emailed a lockbox code (perhaps an app glitch?).
