Schöner Landaufenthalt

Sauberes schönes Haus mit Pool und Grill. Sehr netter Eigentümer. Zum nächsten Restaurant oder Supermarkt muss man das Auto nehmen.

Casalantico è un angolo di paradiso. Qui tutto viene fatto con grande passione da Luca e la sua famiglia. Il relax assicurato, i servizi offerti ottimi e la posizione strategica consente di visitare con facilità l' entroterra e la costa. Un casale "antico" ma con un'anima giovane e innovativa.

Immersi nel verde, relax con ogni comodita'.

L' agriturismo è immerso in una splendida cornice naturale ,resa cofortevole per ogni esigenza dal propretario Luca sempre presente con la massima discrezione per ogni evenienza o per preziose informazioni.Il relax è assicurato , ogni appartamento gode di zone private e altre comuni come la piscina con angolo jacuzzi e la grande sala interna dove si trova un grande schermo tv e per il mattino distributore caffè e la raccolta di uova fresche e frutta messe a disposizione degli ospiti assieme all' orto adiacente e una pratica lavanderia. Consigliatissimo per coppie ,famiglie ma anche amici che vogliono vivere una vacanza in libertà, la posizione è ottima per il mare ma anche per gli splendidi borghi medievali e le cittadine di Senigallia , Pesaro, Urbino ...accettati animali piccola taglia , la nostra jack Teki si é divertita molto e per qualche passatempo in compagnia una partita a ping pong o calcetto è alla portata di tutti.

Een prachtig huis in een schitterende omgeving, typisch voor Le Marche

Luca Marotti heeft een juweel in handen. Deze jonge, enthousiaste bedrijfsleider van deze verbouwde boerderij doet er alles aan om het verblijf in dit prachtige oord naar ieders zin te maken. Er is heel veel ruimte om te genieten van de gigantische tuin, er kan gespeeld en gezwommen worden, en Luca zorgt elke dag voor lekkere dingen uit de tuin. Er zijn verse eitjes van de eigen kippen, en de groente uit de moestuin is voor de gasten een extra tractatie. Het zwembad is ruim en daarnaast is er een grote jacuzzi. Er kan worden getafelvoetbald, en een mooie tafeltennistafel staat de gasten op te wachten. Luca heeft een aantal nieuwe fietsen staan voor zijn gasten. Het prachtige plaatsje Corinaldo ligt vlakbij en in de wijde omgeving treft je op de heuveltoppen romantische dorpen met middeleeuwse burchten en kastelen aan. Op een kwartiertje rijden liggen schitterende badplaatsen zoals Pesaro en Fano, waar je waanzinnig goede vis kunt eten. De stranden zijn perfect onderhouden en veilig. In de omgeving wordt veel goede wijn gemaakt, en Luca weet daar alles van, want hij heeft een mooi sommelier-diploma in de gemeenschapsruimte hangen. Ook daar vertelt hij met groot enthousiasme over. Zijn klantvriendelijkheid is hartverwarmend, ook in andere opzichten. Je kan met allerlei vragen bij hem terecht, want hij is de hele dag aanwezig, onder andere om onderhoud aan de grote mooie tuin te plegen. Het huis is voorzien van wifi en in de grote, mooie gemeenschapsruimte staan, naast de verse eitjes, ook een prima koffiemachine en andere zaken, zoals een moderne tv in elk appartement, ter beschikking van zijn gasten. Dat laatste woord is juist, want Luca geeft je het heerlijke gevoel te gast te zijn. De prijzen die hij vraagt zijn zeer reëel en in het voor- en naseizoen zelfs erg concurrerend te noemen. Info over cultuur, wijn, la cucina, zon, Italiaans leren spreken, het kan allemaal bij hem. Vergeet niet om in Mondolfo, op 10 minuutjes rijden, te gaan eten bij Per Bacco, een geweldig restaurant met een prima deal voor menuutjes van hoog niveau. Hun wijnkaart is onovertroffen, de aangename prijzen van die flesjes ook, trouwens. Alles wordt vers klaargemaakt in een mooie eetzaal met kundig personeel. Als je zelf wilt koken of een bbq doen zijn daarvoor alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Sterk punt van het huis: ieder appartement heeft een eigen plek om te zitten en te eten, met volop privacy. Met zon en schaduw. Luca heeft ons hart gestolen met Casalantico.

Very nice holiday home!

We had a wonderful two weeks in Casalantico! The host Luca is very friendly and is always of assistance with information or help if you want. The fresh eggs are nice every morning. The house is clean, comfortable and everything you need is there. The garden is lovely and well maintained, the pool and the chairs are good as well. And the view is great! I would recommend visitors to Le Marche to stay here because this is a perfect spot to discover the region. It's also nearby the sea, so a day at the beach is possible as well. Will certainly tell our friends! A trip to the Terra Cruda winery is also nice.

Vacanza mare con bimbo piccolo

Siamo una famiglia con un bimbo di 16 mesi. Che dire ... fantastico! Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono vivere una vacanza in assoluto relax e tranquillità. Luca, il proprietario, è una persona veramente squisita. Il posto è meraviglioso. Torneremo sicuramente!

Magnifico!

Abbiamo trascorso presso Casalantico una settimana degna di nota, accolti con cordialità e discrezione in un ambiente tranquillo, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e con attenzione ai particolari. Ottima struttura, nuova ma in ogni caso tenuta in modo eccellente in specie in termini di pulizia. Molto meglio di quanto le foto non dicano....Luca poi è un ragazzo giovane ma estremamente presente, capace e simpatico....merita un plauso particolare.
