Traumhaftes Domizil mit Herz und Seele ...

Wir waren in der Zeit Mitte Juni zu Gast bei Luca. Die Unterkunft und Ihr Gastgeber könnten besser nicht sein. Das mit viel Liebe zum Detail restaurierte Haus wurde mit allem eingerichtet was das Herz begehrt. Der Gemüsegarten mit frischen Kräutern, Obst und Gemüse wurden nur noch von den Eiern der 5 Legefreudigen Hühner getoppt, die Luca für die Hausgäste bereitstellte. Die Fliegengitter sorgten für die nötige Ruhe in der Nacht. Luca war jeden Tag präsent und sorgte mit seiner Art für ein sehr angenehmes Klima. Überhaupt hatte man das Gefühl es ist jemand mit Spass und Freude für seine Gäste da ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wer schon einmal das Chlorreiche Wasser italiens kennen gelernt hat, wird das Brunnenwasser des Hauses sehr schätzen. Die Lage fanden wir für die Ausflüge in die Region sehr angenehm. Nur zu empfehlen. Eigentlich reichen 5 Sterne nicht.

sehr gepflegte Anlage an ruhiger, sonniger Lage

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Casalantico. DIE PLUSPUNKTE: + sonnige Lage in hügeliger Landwirtschaftszone + sehr gepflegte, saubere Wohnung + Agriturismo mit viel Charme + Luca ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach eine sympathische Fam. + wunderbar, bei Ankunft steht bereits eine Flasche Mineralwasser im Kühlen. Zudem steht als Willkommensgruss eine Flasche Weisswein, eine Flasche Olivenöl "Casalantico" und ein Honig bereit. + Die Kinder haben sich besonders gefreut, dass sie im Garten Tomaten und Trauben à discretion ernten durften. + Dank Klima-Anlage im Unter- und Obergeschoss war die Hitze auszuhalten. + Dank Waschmaschine braucht man keine prall gefüllten Koffer mitzunehmen. EINIGE ABSTRICHE ZUR WOHNUNG - Wir waren Mieter des Appartements Ginestre - Das Obergeschoss ist schlecht zugänglich, da das Dach für den Einstieg ungünstig abgeschrägt ist. Kopf anschlagen ist hier an der Tagesordnung. - Unter dem "Elternschlafzimmer" befindet sich die Wasser- Abwasseranlage. Gerüche/Störende Geräusche sind alltäglich resp. allnächtlich. 1000 MINUS-PUNKTE GIBT ES FÜR: Der Sitzplatz des Appartements Ginestre entspricht NICHT dem, wie angeboten. Die Fahrräder werden nämlich genau hier abgestellt, man hat kaum Platz. Vor allem NULL Platz zur Nutzung der Lounge. Dazu kommt, dass sich gleich anschliessend das Abwasser-System befindet. Hier empfiehlt es sich, drinnen zu frühstücken, da einem die herausströmenden Düfte ziemlich den Appetit verderben können. Fazit: Wir können das Agriturismo bestens weiterempfehlen. Alle anderen Wohnungen entsprechen genau dem Angebot auf der Homepage. Wer sich fürs Ginestre entscheidet, muss allerdings einige Abstriche in Kauf nehmen.

Perfect Stay

This agriturismo is run by Luca and his family for 5 years. The location is absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful view on the hilly colourful landscape nearby. Beaches and airport are reachable within half an hour. . Every apartment (5 all together) benefits from a private place outdoor in a very well maintained "giardino" . Luca and his family makes everything possible to provide a restful stay to hosts in a still unknown part of Italy which should benefit from more publicity. Hosts can even enjoy the luxury of picking up some fresh vegetables in the vegetable garden. Once a week during the summer season, a buffet is served with products from the region so that hosts can get to know each other in a very friendly atmosphere. Here you can combine privacy and social contacts in a very balanced way. In the surrondings, Mondavio and Corinaldo are old cities preserved from Mass tourism with high quality home made foods bargain restaurants. I have spent time in agriturismo in Toscana and Ombria but this stay was really Italy at his best.

highly comfortable and relaxing agritourismo

For. 2 weeks we've stayed at this agritourismo (with two kids) which has been very relaxing. House and appartment rooms are very clean and well maintained and the swimming pool is fresh and shining every day thanks to Luca who takes good care of his guests. Much comfort with the airco's and free espresso each morning. We much enjoyed the fresh vegetables from the garden, the BBQ outside and the welcome drinks upon arrival. Location is also very inspiring (great view) and relatively close to the beach. Looking forward to come back some time.

Toller Urlaub

Tolles Haus, schöne Apartments, sehr netter Vermieter. Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Haus liegt schön in den Sonnenblumen-Feldern. 15 Autominuten vom Meer entfernt. Da hat alles gepasst. Wir kommen wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 9, 6 und nochmal 6 Jahre alt) haben soeben eine superschöne Woche auf dem Landgut Casalantico verbracht. Wir mieteten die Wohnung Le Ginestre und waren von Beginn mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung und auch die gesamte Anlage haben alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die liebevolle, vollständige und technisch hochwertige Einrichtung inkl. Begrüßungsgeschenk hat uns überzeugt. Bilder und Beschreibung der Anzeige entsprechen absolut der Wahrheit. Die Wege zum Meer und diversen Sight-Seeing-Möglichkeiten sind kurz und gut zu fahren. Die Kinder hatten einen Riesenspaß und der Vermieter Luca war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit, sich jederzeit aus dem Gemüsegarten bedienen zu können. Die Region Le Marche an sich machte auf uns einen sehr guten Eindruck: touristisch nicht überlaufen, schöne, gepflegte Städtchen,viele freie, für Kinder sehr gut geeignete Strandabschnitte und imposante Naturattraktionen (Höhlen und Schluchten). Kurz um: ein tolles Landgut in sehr schöner Lage für einen gelungenen Urlaub Ruth und Familie
