2 bedroom apartment with garden close to Lark Lane and city centre

This large self contained apartment occupies the whole of the second floor of a large detached Victorian Villa. It is ideal for large groups of family or friends. Most guests are shocked how big it is when they first arrive.
The apartment has a huge floor area of approximately 130m2 and features a spacious lounge with plenty of room for everyone to relax. There is a 55" Smart wifi UHD TV and an XBox with a wide selection of games and DVDs. There are two double sofa beds in the living room. There is also a separate, good sized dining room next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and cafitiere. It is well equipped to cater for longer stays for up to 14 people. All towels and bed linen are professionally laundered to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is also a selection of toiletries, iron and ironing board and hair dryer provided.
The main bedroom is approx 30m2 and features 2 king sized and 2 doubles and a large ensuite with a whirlpool bath, shower and toilet. It also has a large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a king sized bed and wardrobe. One bathroom features a bath with shower and a toilet. The other features a whirlpool bath with shower and a toilet.
The large front garden is very private and gets the sun nearly all day but has shaded areas as well. There is some off road parking and as much free street parking as you could need. You could easily bring up to 10 cars and have no trouble parking.

There is a Tesco Metro less than 5 minutes walk away as well as a good selection of other essential shops nearby.

We have another self contained apartment available in the same house on the first floor. Large groups may want to book both if they are available.

GREAT APARTMENT

Had plenty of room for all of us. A bedroom suitable for the family and kids. We had our own room. Large dining table for all sit round, large lounge with plenty of seating and television and videos, netflix and virgin media available. Modern kitchen with plenty of crockery. Two bathrooms. Liza the host was very friendly and helpful on our arrival as we had never been to Liverpool before.

Great hosts and location, wonderful stay

Booked this apartment for my friends hen party on the basis of using it as a base as it’s in a lovely residential area. The apartment was spacious and clean with all towels and duvets needed for each guest. Lovely outdoor area where me and my friends could sit and enjoy the sunshine. We had 4 cars in total and got them all on the drive no issues at all, there are lots of spaces on the street also FOC. The apartment is Really close to liverpool city centre about 10 minutes tops in an Uber. The owners were very welcoming showed us around and text every evening to make sure things were all OK and if anything was needed. Couldn’t recommend them anymore, if you are looking for a ‘base’ apartment for a large group of people for a great price this is definitely the place to stay! Thanks again for a top stay

Excellent Hosts and accommodation

We stayed as a family of 12 for 4 nights. The hosts were amazing. Nothing was too much to ask from them. The check-in process was smooth after a long travel. Lisa and Rob were very helpful with giving us information of what was available locally as we had children ranging 1-16year old and had never been to Liverpool before. The property was clean and well equipped. Under 10 minutes drive to the nearest car park in town. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Would come back again and highly recommend.

2 night short stay in Liverpool

Amazing experience, nice clean place nice big rooms, furnished beautifully, and so comfortable beds, Landlords both very warm and welcoming. We were 3 adults and 6 children between the ages of 10 and 16, kids lived the stay. 5 minutes from the city centre, a nice quite neighbourhood, all kinds of places to eat. No struggle finding halal restaurants. And also cooked one of our meals at flat, Will defo come back and recommend to others.

Good for a large group of friends

No issues with the property and hosts we’re very helpful and accommodating letting us check in early and check out late FOC. Went as a group of 10 and was enough space, would be a bit cramped for 14.

There are three separate garden areas to use and lots of space in the apartment for everyone to find there own place to relax. The Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of storage space and a large fridge freezer for groups wanting to lock down for a while.
