External utility room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with caravan park).. Small enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Fishing on-site, free of charge. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced lake 100 yards away.. This large, family property is set in the centre of the glorious scenery of the Lleyn Peninsula, and is within easy reach of sandy beaches and Pwllheli’s lively attractions. Situated within the grounds of the owner’s small, friendly, family-run touring caravan park, the Carter’s Rest is ideally located for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and the nearby fantastic, Snowdonia National Park.
Carter’s Rest boasts cosy living areas ideal for the whole family to spend precious time together, whether that’s sitting in front of the wood burner watching a film or having a family meal in the separate dining room.
On-site there is a small lake and paddock that have been provided by the owners for guests to use. In addition, at the weekend, guests can head down to the little on-site pub and enjoy a drink with friends, or head to the delicious catering van, and pick up a burger or pizza for your little ones. There are a wealth of visitor attractions nearby, beautiful countryside and coastal walking opportunities for those wanting to explore the surrounding area, as well as fishing, cycling and golf. If you’re looking to enjoy a family getaway Carter’s Rest provides the ideal place to do so, allowing access to so many beautiful places to explore and enjoy. Beach 3 miles. Shop ½ mile, pub on-site and restaurant 3½ miles.
