This charming cottage rests in Combe Martin, Devon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Grove is a large house set in the village of Combe Martin, North Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; one king-size with a Juliet balcony and two doubles, sleeping a total of six guests with a family bathroom. Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, utility, dining room and a snug. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a rear terraced area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. The Grove is a wonderful choice for a seaside retreat with your loved ones.
Amenities: Electric underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, ice machine (no freezer), washing machine, TV, Netflix and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car (Shared Parking Area with the owner). Rear gravelled area with furniture behind parking area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles and pub 0.2 miles. Note: Spiral staircase in the property. Note property has a £100 good house keeping bond. Please be aware that this is an Adults Only property: it is not suitable for children or babies. Please note: You must inquire with the owner before bringing pet - as only small dogs are welcome.
