Birch Cottage is perfect for either a romantic break or a well deserved escape from the bustle of life. Experience nature in luxury, sit in your private hot tub and enjoy the views and country living. The cottage is light and airy with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. It has an open plan kitchen lounge area with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cosy and quaint bedroom boasts a king size bed which can be made up into 2 singles if required with fresh crisp bed linen and towels, a separate modern shower with WC and Hand wash basin complete the cottage.
Birch Cottage allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life where you can enjoy walks through the nearby fields or simply sit on the patio and listen to the sound of nature. For those wanting to explore, the cottage is conveniently located nearby to renowned gardens, castles, stately homes, forests, quaint villages and historic towns.

At Stable Oak cottages we are all about the finer details. If you would like to personalise your stay, we do offer some additional extras like our breakfast hampers, romantic treat hampers, afternoon tea and can also arrange for the cottage to have decorations for those special occasions. Perfect little gem

This little cottage is incredible! Absolutely beautiful setting, well decorated, immaculate condition and has everything you need at hand. The hot tub was perfect! The surprise addition of the homemade bread, butter, milk and eggs was much appreciated. We cannot wait to return

What an amazing stay

From start to finish stress free break, thank you Laurain Jo and myself had an amazing break at your cottages and will be booking again. You and Mick have set these cottages out with attention to detail and as a guest could ask for nothing more, great for kids as well with your lovely animals on site, Jo especially loved Bella the pig! If anyone reads my review this is a lovely place to stay in what I would call boutique style cottages. 5star in my book and thank you for the fresh bacon and eggs and lovely carrot cake upon our arrival a very nice touch. Short break

Laurain was lovely, the cottage clean and neat, perfect. Thank you also to Laurain for leaving us bread, milk, butter , eggs, bacon and cup cakes for our arrival. And the locally sourced cleaning products and toiletries were a treat too, I have taken a brochure so that I can order some for home.

What makes this property unique

We supply for your first morning eggs from our own generous chickens, bread, butter and milk. There is also tea, coffee & suagr.
Robes and flip flops are provided for hot tub. We supply a bag of logs for the hot tub on your arrival. Should you require more, you are able to purchase a bag of logs for £5 per bag.
Well behaved pets are very welcome.
