River Mountain Lodge Lower Flume Condo is a cozy two-level, 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s close to everything you are looking for in a Breckenridge ski vacation. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. No Need For a Car, Close to Everything

We also had a place to park, which is great, we did not have to drive very much, except when we drove to Frisco and Silverthorne. The Condo was two story with two bathrooms, this was perfect for us and our friend. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, extra blankets, towels and pillows.

Very simple 1 BR located near everything . It was all that my wife and I needed for a quick 2 day visit . Staff was great and checked in on us daily to make sure all was going well.

River Mountain Lodge

The River Mountain Lodge is a super convenient place to stay when skiing at Breckenridge. There are multiple shuttles that take you, in one stop, to the gondola and the 4 o'clock trail down the mountain dumps you out, literally, right across the street from the lodge. The ski/board check in the lodge lobby is really nice. The team is helpful and quick to retrieve your equipment. We found our set up to be very clean, quiet, and appointed to meet our needs. The 2 full baths were convenient and the king sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The walk to the Main Street is a block and all the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge are easily accessible from the lodge.

arrive late, after hours and had smooth process of obtaining key for entry in condo. there was supposed to be a parking pass in the condo but it was not there so it was rather frustrating having to track down a parking pass to prevent any tickets or towing. fireplace on switch (gas logs) was not an instant fire, which i was concerned about gas building up, the fire would come on , then would just turn off. on a good note, the location was great, staff at complex was very friendly. condo i s average .

Feb 2024 Ski Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was pretty good, but dated. The location was excellent and close to the slopes and main street in Breckenridge. Front desk held our skis for free. Rooms were relatively clean with all needed dishes, towels, etc. The furnishings are old and need replacing. Shower curtain upstairs was dirty with mildew, and the closets were filled with stuff. The pillows were uncomfortable. The washer/dryer didn't work very well. Overall, I would rate the condo a C for comfort and A for location. The hot tub was ok, but gets well used and may need to wait until people leave.

Loved the kitchen counter with stools, fireplace, and helpful front desk staff at the resort & vacation rental office. We had 2 cars and the vacation rental office was kind enough to offer us parking in their lot, with the hotel then offering us a 2nd spot in the parking garage. The proximity to everything in town was just blocks away and so convenient! We hiked nearby and then hiked/walked to the Troll statue. All in all a fab weekend with a great place to stay. 10/10 will stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at RML.... a different unit than before... and we really enjoyed being here in the “off” season to enjoy the leaves and some cool weather. As we learned after a previous stay, you want a unit that faces the courtyard instead of the noisy and busy Highway 9 bypass. This was very quiet. Our unit was very clean and well-furnished for two. Much like many of the older places in Breck, it could use a facelift, but everything was functional and it was only a 3 day stay. (One quick fix would be replacing some of the electrical outlets. Many are “stretched” and won’t hold a plug. A few bucks and 30 minutes.) If you need a boom box with a cassette player, this is the unit for you!RML in general is ok. Staff is nice. Parking is difficult for large vehicles, but we never moved our truck in 3 days and walked everywhere. Plenty of luggage carts available - and please return them to the lobby! (A huge pet peeve of mine) The location is great. Everything you need is walking distance. One of our favorite things about Breck. Like I said great value for a quick trip and we would stay here again.
