Alexanderpark 5 is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation, as well as for families with young children, thanks to the playground in the park. It also serves as a great base for walking and cycling tours and, of course, beach days.

You can park your car directly in front of the house and step inside. From the entrance, you reach the spacious and bright living/dining room with an open kitchen, where you’ll immediately experience the cozy and homely atmosphere. The home has three comfortable bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. The largest bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed, and the third, smaller bedroom also has a double bed. The home has two bathrooms, both fitted with a shower, sink, and illuminated vanity unit. From the living room, you have access to the beautiful garden, where you can enjoy complete privacy and tranquility.
