A great place for a short trip at Lago di Garda! :)

We had a short trip at Arco, Lago Di Garda. Everything was fine with the holiday apartment, we enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and the communication with the host was excellent! :)

Schönes und ruhiges Appartment

Das Appartement entspricht den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Es ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos und immer freundlich; es wurde auf unsere Wünsche bei An-und Abreise eingegangen. Die kleine Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt, das Badezimmer ist klein aber gut ausgestattet und der Wohn- / Schlafraum ist sinnvoll gestaltet. Toll ist, dass man die Fahrräder kostenlos nutzen kann und der kleine Innenhof eine schöne und überdachte Gelegenheit bietet, sich zusammenzusetzen. In einer Kritik wurde die Matratze des Bettes bemängelt. Das können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Die ist vielleicht weicher, als man es hier in Deutschland gewohnt ist, aber absolut nicht unbequem. Am Ende muss man ja auch feststellen, dass es eine einfache und günstige Unterkunft und kein Luxuszimmer in einem Hotel ist. Da kann man doch auch über die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit hinwegsehen. Die wichtigen Aspekte (Ruhe, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung) sind alle erfüllt. Die Lage ist etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum aber dafür ruhig. Parken kann man am Fußballplatz nur wenige Schritte weg; hier ist es nur abends während des Fussballtrainings etwas eng aber wir haben dennoch immer einen Stellplatz gefunden.

Mäßige Ausstattung

Leider war das Bett eine Katastrophe. Matratze war komplett durchgelegen und dann noch mit einer Schaumstoffmatte aufgefüllt. Leider wurden wir gleich am Anfang noch sehr krank, so dass wir nach 3 Übernachtungen und Rückenschmerzen früher als geplant die Wohnung verlassen mussten.

Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr angenehm fanden wir den überdachten Essbereich direkt vor der Eingangstür mit voll ausgestatteter Küche inklusive Kaffeemaschine. Unser Appartement war nicht sehr gross, reicht gut für 2 Personen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungverhältnis

Een eenvoudig onderkomen

Dankzij goed weer verbleven we de gehele dag in de natuur. Het huisje zelf was niet echt gezellig zonder uitzicht naar buiten. Het buitengebeuren was wat minder ongezellig, maar hield niet over qua privacy en rust

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ARCO

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung von Albertis ist zwar klein aber vollkommen ausreichend und in Ordnung. Sehr entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben alles gehabt, was wir brauchen. Der Eigentümer war sehr sehr hilfreich in allen kleinen und größeren Fragen, die aufgekommen sind. Wir werden gerne dort wieder hinkommen - hoffentlich im nächsten Jahr. Danke für alles!

Sommer am Gardasee

Wir haben uns im Appartmamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gut ausgestattet - technisch perfekt. Die Küchenenrichtung ist überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr zuverlässig und korrekt. Auch vor Ort war er verbindlich und jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Die Lage der Fewo entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen - abgelegen und ruhig. Parkplätze in der Nähe waren kein Problem. Das Areal um den Gardasee ist im Sommer total überlaufen. Kaum Parkplätze an den Uferabschnitten und einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotzdem eine wunderschöne üppige Landschaft - mega vielfältig und meriteran. Wir wollen im Herbst gern noch einmal wieder komnen und haben noch einige Highligths auf unserer Wunschliste.

Accogliente e confortevole Monolocale

Sistemazione accogliente, curata, pulita, tranquilla in zona Varignano, 5 minuti in bici dal centro di Arco. Supermercato 5 minuti a piedi. Angolo cottura e bagno nuovi. Spazio esterno attrezzato, anche per mangiare e cucinare, in comune con gli altri appartamenti . Abbiamo avuto a disposizione ed utilizzano 2 biciclette.

Breve soggiorno ad Arco

Bella esperienza, appartamento piccolino, ma dotato di tutto quello che serve oltre alla disponibilità di biciclette per giri nei dintorni. Da consigliare per chi vuole esplorare la zona, e trovare un po' di tranquillità.

Sehr schöne und bequeme Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 7 Tage in der Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Es liegt zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum von Arco, aber durch die Fahrräder die man kostenlos leihen kann, war der Weg nicht weit. Deshalb hat es auch für die Lage noch 5 Sterne gegeben :) Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber es passt alles rein, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, könnte aber noch eine Kaffeemaschine oder eine Espressokanne für Induktion vertragen. Alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war ebenfalls toll! Dort haben wir die Zeit Abends genossen. Durch die Klimaanlage war es auch im August drinnen kühl. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Wir wurden immer wieder gefragt, ob alles passt und er hat uns Tipps für den Abend gegeben. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 nell’appartamento di Michele, per 2 notti. La casa è molto pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. L’abbiamo sfruttata come base per visitare la zona alta del Lago di Garda, la posizione è molto comoda e Michele è stato gentilissimo nel darci svariate indicazioni su quali itinerari scegliere. Torneremmo di sicuro molto volentieri, da provare !!

Breve soggiorno ma intenso!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti perché la nostra è stata una breve vacanza ma intensa in quanto sulla zona ci sono molte attrazioni da non perdere. La struttura è pulita e abbastanza comoda, leggermente fuori dal centro, in zona tranquilla. A soli 50 mt vi è il parcheggio libero e gratuito. Il centro del paese si può raggiungere comodamente in 5-10 minuti a piedi L’appartamento è un monolocale: entrando c’è subito la cucina attrezzata con un bel frigorifero capiente e anta separata per il congelatore (per me punto focale, molto importante perché viaggiando devo avere il ghiaccio secco supercongelato), forno elettrico e forno a microonde; letto matrimoniale e bagno, come da foto sul sito. C’è la TV : prestare attenzione che l’antenna sia posizionata per lingua italiana (fatevi sistemare i cavi) diversamente rischiate di ascoltare tutto in tedesco come inizialmente è accaduto a noi. Natalya e Michele sono stati molto carini e ci hanno dato qualche suggerimento su come muoverci sulla zona. Ringraziamo per la Vostra ospitalità.
