This premium direct oceanfront condo is ideally situated on the very end of the top floor at Beachers Lodge, located on beautiful Crescent Beach. It’s one of only four end units in the building with these awesome double views of the ocean from both the bedroom window as well as from the living room. Our Guests enjoy waking up to see their first ocean view of the day. You'll see and hear the waves on the beach while relaxing in deluxe, high class accommodations. Private and beautifully furnished, the condo amenities include granite countertops, two dreamy queen size Beautyrest beds, all cotton bedding, quality tropical décor and furnishings, full kitchen, in-room coffee, luxury patio furniture, blackout blinds, nice appliances, large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. Sleeps 1-4 adults very comfortably in this home away from home. Excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV service is provided. Just a few steps away are the facility’s private boardwalk to the beach and large heated oceanfront swimming pool. November stay

The condo unit was way too small for us. It was a galley apartment that my husband and I were tripping over each other walking from the bedroom to the main room. Drab furnishings that have never been updated were a total disappointment. The couch was from the 1970’s and dirty. Two kitchen chairs old and stained. Bedsheets were stained and towels were old and unraveling. The best part of the condo was the balcony which had an amazing view. Led to believe the pool was heated, but 83 is not warm enough to swim in. Luckily we did not spend much time there.

Great place for a get-away

The place was perfect for my wife and I. We had easy access to St Augustine attractions. The beach is beautiful. The place is charming and as advertised. We would stay here again.

“Fabulous Ocean-front Condo”

The description by the property owner was very misleading. The unit is very small (more like a hotel room with kitchenette). The LR furniture and DR table and 2chairs should be replaced. The sofa is very uncomfortable with no back-just cushions. The bathroom is so small that it was very difficult to close door for privacy. The second queen bed was a Murphy bed that went over the couch and took up entire living room when opened. The beach access was a very steep staircase which was difficult to maneuver for anyone with mobility issues. I was so upset and disappointed we left three days early from date originally planned for checkout.

2024 Vacay!!

We had a wonderful vacation! We loved St. Augustine! The condo was as stated and the view is stunning. The condo was equipped with everything we really needed and the murphy bed mattress is nice, thick and comfortable, that is usually not the case. The beach is beautiful and the umbrella and chairs you provided were a nice bonus. The pool is a nice size and very refreshing with updated chairs around the pool. Its an older building so its a little dated. It definitely does not have enough washers and dryers for the size of the building. As far as the condo was concerned, a few suggestions. Maybe provide a laundry basket since there are no washers or dryers on the 4th floor and maybe a few more hangers in the closet. The sofa is pretty outdated but it serves a purpose for the murphy bed, maybe a sofa cover might help.

Perfect Beach Getaway ❤️

Absolutely wonderful few days at the beach, in the most wonderful condo!!! Everything was immaculate when we arrived and the hosts made us feel so very welcome ❤️ The icing on the cake was the most spectacular ocean view!!! We look forward to our next stay in this condo!!!

Crescent Beach

First and foremost, the owner Carla is probably the nicest person on the planet. This condo was perfect for us. This 4th floor end unit made for beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. We even got to see a once in a lifetime full moon rise.

Spring Ocean Swimming

We loved staying here. You can watch sunrises every morning, and swim in the ocean every day. The place is very clean and had everything we needed. The two A/C units kept it very plenty cool at night to sleep, and during the day the ocean breezes were wonderful. There was a lot of info about local attractions. Parking was easy. We would stay definitely here again if we come back to the area

Tiny condo big fun

Yes the condo can only accommodate 2 grown adults. But the view was magnificent on a not so busy but beautiful beach. I have a few recommendations to make this stay a 10, replace the sofa immediately. It is hard to crawl out of at any age. Also, go to target and get better bedding. I enjoyed the fact that all paper products such as paper towels, Kleenex, tp, and trash bags were provided. Also coffee filters were a great add. The pool area was ocean front and heated. There were always many chairs available during our stay. Parking was easy and plentiful. My husband is a tv guy and was disappointed when we didn’t get to see the Masters golf tournament do to limited channels. I enjoyed reading the old man and the sea provided by owners. To each their own.

Beautiful beach stay

Though the condo was small, my husband and I felt we had enough space. The view of the beach was perfect and the pool was warm and lovely. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying meals. We did have two issues: the uncomfortable couch which only had a large cushion for a back and the lack of basic items like cooking oil, salt and pepper, and coffee that many places offer. However, if you want a place directly on the beach, this is it!

The View!

It’s all about the view! As others mentioned the sofa is very uncomfortable. The unit is small but fine for 2. Towels, washcloths and beach towel’s were tired and stained. Beach chairs provided were very low so didn’t use. All in all a very pleasant stay especially with the huge waves coming in from Lee. Lots of surfers!

Pleasant trip. Condo neat and clean. Nice beach front which offers a great view. Owner very helpful. Older complex so no unit washer/dryer or dishwasher. Smaller than use to only issue. Super beach. Dog friendly.

Good Vacation

the property was nice and well kept. the people working on property were very nice. the owner of the condo easy to talk to and respond very quickly. the beach had beautiful soft sand and great waves to play in. not crowded. public access is close and Saturday was busier. close enough to town to enjoy that too. only bummer, coin washers & not enough wash cloths/towels for our stay.

The condo was small but satisfactory for 2 people. Beds were comfortable; kitchen was adequate; everything was very clean; view from the balcony was great. Good access to pool and beach. Close to St. Augustine attractions and restaurants.

If you’re considering booking…. DO IT!!!

I can’t even begin to describe what a fun time my husband and I had. We had never been to st Augustine before, but we will definitely be back. The condo was amazing, perfect size for us. It was so clean, the bed was soooo comfortable, and the view is worth a million bucks. If you’re even considering booking this room, just do it!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
