Casa Deborah is an apartment located in a residence with swimming pool, with independent entrance and garden for a relaxing and privacy stay.
The structure is set on two floors, the large and bright living room will welcome you, open space kitchen, bathroom with shower and large French doors leading to the private garden.
On the lower floor you will find a double bedroom with private bathroom, a room with four beds, two bathrooms with refined and well-finished shower cubicles and a small laundry.
The apartment is studied in detail and will offer a perfect stay for families.
Flat screen TV, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine will be the perfect accessories to make you feel at home.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, located in the central area of ​​Colombare di Sirmione, 200 meters from the Terme di Virgilio establishment.
A few meters from the equipped beaches and the lakeside promenade connected to the historic center of Sirmione.
Free and available parking in front of the gate, on the street.
Animals will be accepted only upon request to the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
