Location was great--easy to get Lyfts to and from Falmouth and Mashpee. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to questions prior to visit. Highly recommend.
A lovely stay at an exceptionally clean home. The patio, backyard and sunroom were our favorite spots. Good working kitchen. Highly recommend for a couple.
The house was beautiful with so many delightful details. Very clean and especially enjoyed the bathtub in the master bedroom with all of the options for soaking salts. Owners were fabulous and communication was perfect. Highly recommend.
We stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful house. Particularly loved the quiet neighborhood and eating on the lovely patio in the garden. Would highly recommend the property.
Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. The sunroom and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing. We loved our stay there. Hosts have thought of everything guests will need.
Absolutely beautiful Cape house. Was well stocked and had everything we needed. 10 minute drive to beaches, restaurants and grocery store. Loved the ping pong table and darts in the basement. Outdoor space is wonderful. Had dinners on the patio and made s'mores in the chiminea. Would definitely book again:)
We spent a great week in this lovely, spacious home. The house and yard are great, the neighborhood is quiet, and it is a short ride to all of our favorite Falmouth and Mashpee sites.
This is a wonderful property inside and out with many amenities. It is located close to the beach, town and other attractions. The owners were great in communicating when we had questions and making sure our visit was enjoyable. It was a great vacation and I would return there again in a heartbeat!
It was a pleasure staying at this beautiful home in Falmouth. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and I enjoyed relaxing beside the fire at night and reading my book during the day….. very peaceful. The interior of the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!
We enjoyed this beautiful home inside and out. Barry and Suzanne checked in often to see how things were going, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.
We had a wonderful visit. This property is conveniently located. The home is beautifully appointed and has absolutely anything you could want or need! Located in a charming neighborhood, after exploring the area, you feel like you are returning home, rather than to a rental. We would certainly visit again should the occasion present itself.
We were a group of five golf friends deciding to take a few days for golf and an outing to Martha's Vineyard. The house was impeccably perfiect!! Clean, perfect size and well stocked. The hosts, Suzanne and Barry were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this house. The neighborhood is lovely and the yard is spacious and comfortable. Thank you Suzanne and Barry!
The house is just as pictured, clean and well-appointed. The owners were very easy to work. Our family of 2 parents and 4 young adult children really enjoyed the beautiful backyard - the landscaping was beautiful and gave a very private feel. We also used the outdoor shower every day. It was large with excellent hot water. This is probably not the best house for toddlers due to numerous steps and general elegant feel, its perfect for a family with adults and older children. I also want to give a shout out to the giant, perfect wine goblets! We loved them and were drinking everything out of them!
The house was a perfect set up for 2 or 3, who all want privacy. Will accommodate more. Beautiful back yard with lots of comfortable spaces - inside and out.
Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living and bedrooms. Sunroom perfect for coffee, birdwatching. Highlight- Turkey and 18 babies.
Location perfect for easy ferry trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Central location, safe neighborhood. Near grocery and great shopping.
No complaints.
Host were excellent communicators, proactive and responsive. Very helpful. Will come back to this house again.
Wow, just wow! My wife and I, along with one of our sons and his wife, along with there 2 children (ages 7 and 1), paid up a little bit from our initial price range that we were looking to pay when we were searching for a place, but it was well worth extra! This home was everything we had hoped for when we booked it. As my wife wrote in the guest book, "thank you for the super clean everything." The back yard was described by my wife as the "Jane Austin" garden. We had an absolutely beautiful week of weather, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We spent 7 nights in this lovely home. Our excursions (day trips) while visiting the Cape included, Woods Hole, (and the beautiful light house), Plymouth, Boston (the aquarium, and lunch at "The Boston Sail Loft"), West Yarmouth (Whydah Pirate Museum, and Captain Parkers for dinner, which is right out front of the museum), along with just driving and checking out the Mashpee and Falmouth. My son and I even got in a round of golf at the Cape Cod Country Club. Overall, we had an awesome week as a family.
Thank you Barry and Suzanne for entrusting your beautiful home to us!

We didn't want to leave, and we're looking forward to going back!
We had such a wonderful time. A week just wasn't long enough!
Suzanne & Barry have such a gorgeous home, that they are kind enough to share w/ others. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!
The location was great for us. We had so much we wanted to see and do in various parts of the Cape. We have a number of favorite spots that we were looking forward to getting back to this trip. Several are in the Sandwich area, but we, also, wanted to get to explore other areas south and east, and get together w/ friends who live closer to P-town. My husband, also, enjoyed his morning walks in the neighborhood.
In addition to favorite food places, we wanted to see a number of beaches that we hadn't seen yet, towns we hadn't explored and lighthouses we hadn't seen previously.
The home is so beautiful, relaxing and welcoming. We especially loved the sunroom, plus the master bedroom and bath.
Enjoy your stay! We sure did!
Thank you, Suzanne & Barry!
Thoughtfully designed home with exquisite decor. We came to Cape Cod for a wedding and decided to stay a week with our son and his family. This home provided everything we needed and more. There were plenty of games and puzzles for all of us, easy access to TV and it was close to beaches and hiking trails.
Upstairs room was well separated from the 2 bedrooms downstairs where our son and family stayed. Their two children (7 and 4) are well-behaved, but I wouldn't bring younger or wilder children there, as parents would not be able to relax for fear that some decorative item would be damaged.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, and there is plenty of yard furniture.
The owners are quick to respond to any questions, which we appreciated. Their in-house guide book provided plenty of information about the home and its equipment, and about the surrounding area.
There are plenty of nearby restaurants and we made a day trip to Woods Hole. Nice place to walk around. There were many options we didn't get to, as we had family events and gatherings surrounding the wedding. So, we hope to go back!
Great adorable cozy cottage in a lovely neighborhood. Check in was very easy and the owner was always available to contact. House was very clean and tidy and decorated beautifully.
The Cape Cod was charming and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was close to our conference, downtown and many tourist attractions. We all agreed that it was the little things that made the difference: coffee and cream, ice cubes, soap, towels and toothbrushes. We had an enjoyable stay.
We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary which all started at Cape Cod. Being stationed at Otis Air Force Base we noticed many changes...but also so much has remained the same. The house was exactly as described...beautifully furnished and the property was lovely. The owners were so very accomodating.
We were in town for a wedding and this house was just perfect! Great location, plenty of room and all the amenities. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the owners were super-responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by Suzanne and Barry Keppard
My husband and I fell in love with the house as soon as we entered it. The open floor plan and the sunk-in south facing sunroom surrounded by beautiful landscape embodied what we had envisioned to be the perfect Cape house. For the past 15 years we have frequented Falmouth for close proximity to the bridge and ferries to Martha's Vineyard. We knew the house was a perfect vacation home offering a luxurious home in a peaceful wooded area, close to golf, shopping, lake and beach.
Why they chose this property
Perfect for families, group of friends or couples. The layout offers an expansive open floor plan allowing guests to interact whether you are reading in the sunroom or cooking dinner. Gorgeous yard offers a hammock, and Weber grill for Barbecuing. The house is comfortable and luxurious with a primary suite that offers custom shower and claw foot tub and king size bed. Perfect vacation home.
What makes this property unique
The stunning cape house sits very close to a golf course and a 12 minute walk to a private lake beach. Close to shopping, mountain biking trails, beaches, bike trails, Audubon Sanctuary and much more. The house offers an unparalleled sunroom and the grounds is a verdant escape with lots of natural diversity.
