PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events allowed
• Groups under the age of 40 are not admitted.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 10 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily, to minimize the effects of this problem.
There may be periods of lower water pressure and even a prohibition on using the pool.
