There is a long stay metered parking just a five minute walk from the property. Somerset Street is the closest, Freshfield Road, Freshfield Way and Sutherland Road all offer this too.
Marked up at 11 hours maximum stay it's approx £5.50 per 24 hours using Pay by phone app for ease and it's possible to park for up to two weeks.
If you need to store your luggage on the day you check out to enable you to enjoy your time in Brighton use the link below, you can store your bags here for £6 per bag, you can leave your luggage with the storage provider all day. Overnight storage is also available for an additional £4 per bag per extra day. You will need to book. Prices correct in May 2021 but please check the website for up to date pricing:

Lost keys will be charged at £25.00 per set.
This is a top floor apartment. Must climb stairs. Not suitable for large heavy luggage bags or prams.
Prior to leaving can you load and turn on the dishwasher to ensure it has time to complete the cycle prior to the next guests arrival, bagged up all rubbish, along with any left over food items, you will find the bin at the bottom of Charlotte Street or just around the corner outside the Curry Leaf Cafe.
The cleaning fee covers all cleaning, laundry/towels and bed linens which we provide for your stay.
