Chalet Les Trolles


Our relaxed, comfortable apartment sleeps five people in three bedrooms - a double, a twin and a single room. There is a large dining/living room and a separate kitchen with all mod cons. In the summer there is the exclusive use of a private backgarden with table and chairs and a BBQ. With stunning views over the Mont Blanc Massif, this apartment is on the top floor of our own chalet. The chalet is situated on a quiet road 800m from the main ski lifts and 800m from the village centre.

An absolutely charming gem of a property rental. The hosts were kind, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. It was perfect for our family. The unit was very clean, with lovely cozy décor and amenities that were both comfortable and practical. It had everything one could need. The area surrounding was stunning with picturesque views of the mountains. We would absolutely come again and highly recommend to others.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mairi, l’appartement est grand, très bien équipé avec une vue magique sur le dôme des Miages. Mairi est toujours disponible pour donner des informations et répondre à nos questions. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Très bon séjour Endroit idéal, près du village à pied ou à bicyclette, tout en étant suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme. Jardin agréable pour se détendre face au dôme du Miage. Agréable séjour

Appartement bien équipé au 1er étage de la maison des propriétaires, avec un jardin agréable à l’arrière de la maison. Très bien situé à proximité du massif du Mont Blanc, permet de profiter de nombreuses activités pendant l’été.

Chaleureux séjour

Rien à redire ! La disponibilité de Mairi, son accueil et sa gentillesse annonce le séjour :) Très bon emplacement, chalet décoré avec bon goût, on se sent vite comme à la maison ! Bien isolé, tout est propre et l'équipement est de qualité, la literie est très bien, et l'espace est nettement suffisant pour 4/5 personnes. Nous avons pu profiter des environs avec beaucoup de facilité (départ de piste et chemin de rando à 5 min en voiture), et la station est vraiment splendide. Je recommande fortement !

Vraiment cosy

Nous avons tous, petits et grands beaucoup aimé le chalet de Mairi. Tout y est pour passer de belles vacances. L’accueil est excellent et les attentions nombreuses pour se sentir comme chez soi. Et comme on aime beaucoup les Contamines, c’est sûr on reviendra !

Location parfaite.

Joli appartement avec une magnifique vue. Très propre et très bien équipé. Un plus tout le linge de maison (draps, serviettes de toilettes ...) est prévu. Tout est mis à disposition des vacanciers afin de passez un séjour agréable. Endroit calme. Propiétaire sympathique.

perfect stay in lovely house

We enjoyed a perfect week in this large cosy house. The owners living in ground floor let you feel welcome and help with choosing walking tours and other practical things. Still plenty of privacy with own garden. Many things supplied in house. Lovely valley and village with plenty to do. Thanks!

We are a family of 5 with three nearly adult children, my husband who works away, two spaniels and myself, a writer and teacher. We moved here from Scotland to enjoy the outdoor life in the mountains and sunshine. Whilst our children are only here in the holidays now, we call it home. We all love the lifestyle, weather, people and food and are in absolutely no rush to move.

Why they chose this property

This chalet is in the charming hamlet of Nivorin about 800metres from the main village and has the most fantastic views over the Glacier Miage on the Mont Blanc Massif. We fell in love with the location and the view and the house, with the separate apartment, suits our needs perfectly expanding when we are all at home and allowing us to share this beautiful area when the children are away working or at university.

What makes this property unique

This is a 1960s chalet which we have enjoyed renovating over the past three years turning it from a sad, tired holiday property into a vibrant, light, very comfortable modern home. We have tried hard to keep enough traditional features that it still looks like an alpine chalet whilst at the same time injecting some contemporary and modern fixtures and fittings. The overall feel should be one of comfort and cosiness.
