The property has four bedrooms consisting of a second-floor double with an en-suite shower room, a king-size double, a twin and a single, together sleeping seven guests and serviced by a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The property also features a sitting room with woodburning stove, a kitchen and a dining room, along with a sun room with a TV and a large garden with garden table and chairs for 8, a sun parasol and secure bike storage. Langlands is a lovely base for an escape to the North Pennines.

Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,TVs with Netflix, WiFi, selection of books, games, jigsaws and outdoor garden games available. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
