This charming two-story, three-bed, three full-bath beach house offers close to 2,000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one car garage. Lot 100 on Martinique site map. Just approx. 200 yards from the beach!!

Under new ownership with lots of upgrades.

All new top of the line Beauty Rest mattresses. One king bed downstairs and a king bed and a queen bed upstairs. A new top of the line La Z boy blow up matress sleeper sofa. Four new 4K TV’s including a 75” Samsung 4K UHD in the living room. All TV’s are brand new and have a blue ray player. All TV’s are smart TV’s and WIFI ready.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully-appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs there is one guest bedroom with a full bath as well as a large screened back porch with access from the kitchen and bedroom.

Upstairs is a master suite and additional guest room. The master suite has a generous master bath with large garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Just off the master bedroom you'll enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the second story balcony. The additional upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and a large full bath. Other features include 9 and 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Perfect Getaway

We love Martinique and enjoyed our time at Parrot Keep. It was perfect for our family. It was nice and close to the beach and pool. The golf cart was a nice addition to cruise around the property. We made so many wonderful memories this week. Thank you for the relaxing getaway!

A slice of parrotdise

The perfect location for a family vacation, the Parrot Keep promises to provide you with fantastic memories. Martinique provides a unique resort like feel with its beautifully landscaped property and amenities. Robert was a wonderful host providing prompt communication. The house was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, pool floats, bikes, and other extras to ensure fun in the sun. We would gladly stay again!

Our dog loved romping on the beach and riding in the golf cart during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was cozy and clean. Definitely worth a return visit!

Winter getaway

We usually come to the beach for an extended stay in the winter. Unfortunately, this vacation didn’t begin as we would have hoped. After a 3 day hospital stay in Fairhope, we headed down to the beach house. My husband was kind of under the weather during our stay, but we did enjoy the house and community so much. The host was extremely easy to work with offer any help me might need with my husband being ill. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet beautiful home at a beach community.

The Parrot Keep was perfect for our family! Robert's home was just as beautiful as the pictures indicated. Home was well stocked and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having a golf cart to use. Communication with Robert was great...responses were very quick. Loved the Martinique neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped, very quiet and peaceful, and the pools were very nice. It was perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Week!

My husband and adult children stayed here for a week-long trip. The location is perfect—a walk across the road to the pool, fitness center, and boardwalk. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the upstairs balcony and the rest of the day at the beach—super relaxing!! The house has some minor wear-and-tear (veneers on cabinets peeling off, for example) but it was super clean, comfortable, and the host was easy to work with. We would definitely return!

Very spacious, clean, with a pleasing resort feel. Martinique was quiet. The Parrot contained good kitchen accessories/appliances. Very comfortable beds. Taking our coffee on the balcony every morning & having sunset slushes was very relaxing. Garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, toys, wagon, boards, noodles.

We picked a winner!

My husband kept saying to me on our stay at The Parrot Keep that I picked a Winner! I agree. The home/house had everything. Clean very clean. Our access to the house was easy. They supplied 1 parking pass. The guards at the entrance were very helpful in answering any questions about the area. Supplied plenty of toiletries & laundry supplies & kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels. Everything worked. It’s very quiet. We didn’t use the golf cart cause we just walked to the beach it’s that close. You can rent chairs at the beach but there was everything for the beach in the garage. Pools are very nice. Dog friendly neighborhood. We brought our Golden Doodle & the neighbor hood pets & owners were so nice. The extra special touch that the owners of the Parrot Keep has, they had everything. So we just had to bring food, drinks & ourselves. That’s a pleasant vacation. We wanted to stay longer. We hope to enjoy future stays at The Parrot Keep. Thank you. Glenn & Sherrie & Cisco

Loving the beach

We have stayed in this community before and love it. The homes are really interesting & the landscaping is beautiful & well maintained. This is first time staying at Parrot Keep. I was a little concerned about being on the corner, but it was not a problem. The house was clean & very comfortable for our family. The pool areas are beautiful. The beach is great. All the people who maintain & security who keep the community clean & safe were friendly & approachable. All in all we had a wonderful time & hope to come back again.

Relaxing family/ friends spring break

Lovely relaxing uncrowded beach during spring break. Was perfect for our family/ friends. We enjoyed the golf cart to ride up to the indoor pool and tennis courts. Pool and beach were just a few minute walk from the house:)

Excellent Family House!

We stayed as a group with young kids (6-1 year-olds) and the house was well-equipped. There was a high chair, a broom, a vacuum, beach toys, beach chairs, and beach wagons; everything you want in a vacation rental and usually is not there. The kitchen had lots of cooking utensils, a slow cooker, and spices! Everything was comfortable and there were extra blankets and sheets and plenty of towels for everyone to use. The location of the house can't be beat. It is so close to the beach and the pools and the beach is FABULOUS. Pristine and, in April, nearly empty. The host was quick to respond to questions and made our whole stay seamless. We all agreed we would return to this exact property in the future!

Overall a nice stay!

The property is dated and probably needs an update. Saying that it had everything we needed. The pools are nice and it’s very close to the beach. It is about 15 minutes from most of the restaurants but we mostly cooked. Kiva dunes has a nice breakfast and it’s super close. Beds were comfortable. The unit had a few cleanliness issues. It’s a lot less busy feeling in fort Morgan so if you want a more relaxed experience I would recommend staying there.

Our home will allow you to feel far away from civilization by offering miles of beach to explore. Yet you've got free in-house access to WiFi, and excellent access to the best amenities Gulf Shores has to offer. We can now offer a golf cart to licensed drivers for use within the community. This charming two story, three bed, three full bath beach house offers close to 2000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one car garage. This is an excellent location, close to the pool and beach.

What makes this property unique

Martinique adjoins the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge which offers 4000 acres of un-developed beach, dunes, marsh and wilderness on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. This coastal Refuge is part of the Central Gulf Ecosystem Unit and provides refuge for the endangered loggerhead sea turtle, the endangered American alligator, and the rare gopher tortoise.

Part of the migration route of the monarch butterfly, the Refuge is also known for its more than 120 species of birds - making it a paradise for bird watchers. Along with birding, the refuge offers opportunities for hiking, swimming, photography, collecting sea shells, and boating. Fishermen enjoy both fresh and saltwater fishing.
