Less than five minutes to campus and square! Great for graduation rental!

We have a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath family friendly home located in a neighborhood just east of the Oxford square. The home is two miles to the Square and three miles to Vaught Hemingway stadium. It is easy drive to both coming from the low-trafficked side of town.

This is a three level home with three bedrooms/two baths upstairs, two bedrooms/one bath on bottom level, and living area/kitchen/den and half bath on main level. Fully stocked kitchen and outside grilling area. Pool has three decks (just renovated!) surrounding it for entertaining, cooking, and relaxing. Perfect for a trip to watch the Rebels play or to get away for the weekend!

Two additional notes: (1) We have just lowered our rates for 2025 Graduation weekend. The pool is open and looks great, and the deck has recently be rebuilt. It would be a great place for graduation weekend, particularly because it's easy to get to campus from our house and Kroger is very close by. (2) The house may not be ideal for the elderly. There are stairs in the house and outside on the multi-level deck. Also, our driveway is asphalt and has some rough spots. It's not a big deal for our young kids and hasn't bothered our renters (see reviews), but for elderly it could be a tripping hazard getting to and from vehicles. To deal with this, we allow renters to park in our garage.
