Beautiful apartment in a great location

This was a great studio and location for my stay in Rovinj. I came for the salsa festival and it was ideally located between the Old Tobacco Factory and the old town. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed (including aircon!). There are lots of great places to eat at the marina, but the kitchenette in the studio was great for making breakfast/lunch. Klara was a fantastic host, very helpful, and made me feel very welcome.

Friendly and dedicated landlord ..wanted the guest all the best.Very helpful. Secluded location but only 3 min walk and then in the middle of everything in Rovinj Refurnished and nice fresh standard on the appartment The option to coock my own Coffee in the morning. Good airconditioning

In short - This is our happy place :O)

This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments & we weren't disappointed. The first time we stayed we were in the Garden Room - that was fabulous but was booked out this time so we chose one of the apartment rooms with a lovely covered balcony. The spacious room was lovely & light with a high ceiling & a really lovely modern , spacious bathroom with walk-in shower & bidet. It was well equipped with small fridge, enough cutlery & plates etc to cope with making breakfast , have a take-away meal etc if required. The covered balcony was a lovely in the morning as the sun was on that side but in the evening it was a lovely cool spot to have an evening drink & listen to the world go by on the street below. A 10min walk brings you into the centre of town where there are plenty of places to find a meal & drink to suit your budget. Rovinj is by far our favourite place to visit, it is very beautiful & although it can get busier as the season gets into full swing there are plenty of places that are tucked away in quieter spots if thats what you prefer. There are plenty of things to do & places to visit right from your doorstep so you don't need to miss out on any-thing whilst your'e here. Klara & her husband were on hand every day in case there was a problem or guests needed any help with any-thing. They are both lovely, welcoming & friendly hosts & we would come back again in a heartbeat.

Lovely stay in Rovinj!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean and quiet. Klara was very kind and helpful in many ways. Klara met us at the bus station and we walked to the apartment just a short distance away. Klara told us about the neighborhood and we learned a little about the local life. We walked everywhere from the apartment, to the old town area, as well as the Golden Cape Forest Park. It was very pleasant sitting on our balcony overlooking the street. We wished we could have stayed longer, and hope to return in the future!

We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf op deze mooie rustige locatie vlakbij alle levendigheid (enkele minuten lopen) gehad. Klara en Gianni waren erg vriendelijk en kwamen met goede tips wat er in de buurt te beleven was en waar je goed kunt eten. Een aanrader!

Fantastisk vært, Klara, som hjalp os med nogle problemer, vi havde haft på turen dertil. Hun gjorde alt, hvad hun kunne for at hjælpe. Værelset var lille, men fint med en lille balkon og super beliggenhed i forhold til bager, supermarked og den gamle bydel. Rovinj er en skøn by, og dette er stedet at bo. Rent, god parkering og den sødeste vært.

Gut gelegener Ort (Zimmer) mit netten Vermietern.

Die Deutsch sprechenden Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Abreise haben wir einen frisch gebrühten Kaffee bekommen. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, wo es gute Strände und gute und günstigere Restaurants im Ort gibt. Das Auto konnte man in einem privaten Garten, zu Fuss ca 5 min. weit weg für 10 Euro/24 Std. unterstellen. Be-und Entladen sind am Haus möglich. Da es eine viel befahrene Einbahnstrasse ist, kann man das Auto nicht lange dort stehen lassen. Die Lage ist praktisch, da man nicht im Rummel der Touristenströme wohnt und trotzdem schnell im alten Stadtkern und dem Hafen ist. Der kleine Balkon mit einem Tisch und Stühlen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der gut funktionierende Kühlschrank ist sehr praktisch im Zimmer, eine Klimaanlage gibt es auch.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, unsere App. waren vorfristig bezugsbereit. Ein PKW-Stellplatz wird für 10 € pro Tag auf einem separaten Grundstück organisiert. Uns erwartete ein sehr gepflegter Garten mit einer schönen, üppig möblierten Terrasse vor einem schönen App. im Bungalowstil und ein modernes App. im Haupthaus mit Sitzgelegenheit im Freien.

Nette Umgebung, nette Menschen und großartiger Urlaub.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum, ca. 20 Minuten zum Strand. Die Hausleute unglaublich nett, freundlich, sprechen gut Deutsch und Englisch, alles sehr sauber, nett und liebevoll ausgestattet. Frühstück muss man selbst richten.
