This apartment has an open-plan feel, with one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed included.

The Benal Beach complex is located just in front of the beach and 5 minutes walk from Paloma Park. It also has a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including... 5 communal swimming pools, a pool bar, tropical gardens, a gym.

Vehicle access to the complex is allowed through the gates, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).

Communal satellite TV, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for, nor do we have control over signal loss.

Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.

POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

Pool and slide opening hours may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.
