This is a ground floor apartment. It was very clean. It lacked a couple of cookware items (frying pan, pasta pot) but otherwise very well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Living/dining space is quite large. Location is great, especially for walking to dining, shopping, Westminster sights. A very good value.

Flat was dirty, no a/c and no privacy

- There was no air conditioning in the apartment. The listing by Residential Land and Homeaway (now VRBO) did and still has the property listed with air conditioning, which it does not have. - The living room window, which was on street-level, had no covering at all. This was a huge safety issue. - It was not clean. There were fingerprints and stains on several surfaces.
